“Best store visit. TRUTH From Ross was refreshing! He was respectful and attentive to me.I recently Paid off a phone that I had gotten through cricket. I decided to get a new phone. I was looking for the Samsung 23 ultra. I called several of the cricket stores in the area trying to find this phone. When i called one of the stores the employee told me they could order it. If I just wanted to come in and get one. So i was on my way when I was still calling area stores. So I called spoke to ROSS an employee there. He tells me they can not order it and that they no longer carry that phone and to call him back and let him know if they do ?. I got there HE HAD LIED to me! to get me there. When I got there in hooes of me buying an alternative phone! I left!I called Ross back Ross back and he said to come in and would hook Me up. He promised to be as truthful as he can be. I told him I just wanted somebody honest.When I get there the store is a really nice store.He's very polite, Friendly and very nice. He knows his products AND knows them well!Hhe knows what all of them are capable of. He was so much help me choose which one was best for me. he hooked me up with a good case and a charter brick that I needed for this specific phone. He's very intelligent.He watched my price so to stay under thr amount of money. He was very economical.He knew where to stop on the amount to keep me going to the next tax bracket.?He taught me things that I didn't know like, I didn't know that you have to use original cord that came with the phone or it voids your phones warranty. ROSS was an excellent salesman.with me. He is really really good. And Honest and very respecul.that's hard to find! AND He told me if you have any questions call him. And he MEANT it. He explained a lot I didn't know and different features. He explains things really well.I also got everything at a decent price. Not the phone I wanted but I'm OK with this alternative. And case. So Please, please if you're buying a phone. Go to this store and ask for Ross because knows his business. I highly recommend going there anytime you want to deal with cricket. I am in Xenia but it was worth the drive to need anything.A+ Seller Highly recommended That's the only place I'm gonna go from now on. Ross makes it worth the trip.”
“Mohammed and Jordan I must say worked with me completely for 3 DAYS trying to get a phone that was 1st able to go on my plan and then come to find out I was sold a phone that I needed to get a sim card for unknowingly after having only ever used e-sims.(Day2) I returned on day 3 feeling angry, defeated, and at whitts end with no more money to spend on a phone. “I went to Huber Heights At&t to get assistance with my new iphone 17e.The at&t associate seraj handed me the phone and then set up the screen protector.I asked for assistance with transfering from my old phone to the new phone.The advisor stated that the wifi is blocked and walked away from me and went to the back.I sat at the table for roughly 20 minutes attempting to figure out how to set up and he was on the tablet and went to the other side of the store and ignored me.So i had to drive to Englewood At&t were I was greeted by Abi and i explained the experience from the huber heights location and help me set my phone up and ensure everything was transfer sucessfully.Thank you Abi for your amazing customer services and the help setting up my new phone.”

I don't know if he's the owner or if he just works all the time but he takes care of us EVERYTIME with whatever we need weather it's a new phone in our budget to lowering our bill even after adding a line and service.
