“This is now a Race Fuel station, which seems to be connected with Sunoco. Haven't been inside yet but they're cheaper than the station next door, and it looks like they will be a convenience store as I can see what looks like food or drink items. They're open now but they don't seem to have everything set up yet.”

I got to take 1 star off. This is a great place, but you can't say a 1.5 to 2 hour wait on the phone, then 2 to 2.5 hours wait when I arrive, and then it be a 3.5 hour wait. That's too bad because it hurts your reputation, it's got to be stressful for your workers, and customers have to be somewhere. Frustrating. Please only book what you can manage.
