He didn’t have to help me considering the many customers he had but got me in and fixed the issue. He made my whole month with his kindness. I’d go here every time.”

I got to take 1 star off. This is a great place, but you can't say a 1.5 to 2 hour wait on the phone, then 2 to 2.5 hours wait when I arrive, and then it be a 3.5 hour wait. That's too bad because it hurts your reputation, it's got to be stressful for your workers, and customers have to be somewhere. Frustrating. Please only book what you can manage.

“The people here were great. Collided with a snow bank in the middle of the night driving from TN to PA. As soon as the shop opened they looked over my car and got me back in the road in 30 min. This shop was a huge blessing as we clearly were not prepared for the snowy conditions. Amazing experience here.”
