“I brought in my 2013 Nissan Rogue to Masterworks to have it checked out for a second opinion. I’m glad I did. After getting a free inspection of my car, they called me to let me know that the core support was severely rusted and cracked, and along with other problems that needed repairs, I was informed that the car was totaled and that it was unsafe to drive.
I asked for suggestions about where to sell my totaled car, and they suggested Peddle as a service that could buy my car. I made arrangements to sell my car as soon as possible. I let the guys at Masterworks know the date my car would be sold and they agreed to have my car parked in their lot until I was able to sell my car to Peddle.
I really appreciate their help when I was in need.”

“My wife had a minor mishap pulling into our garage during a heavy rain storm by clipping the garage and damaging the right rear passenger door. My wife found LJI Collision Center on the internet and was inspired that it was a female owned business. From the time we brought the car there for the initial assessment until we picked the car up the process was seamless. We originally went to their Beachwood location, but they would not be able to start work on the car until late September conflicting with a trip we had planned in early October. Bonnie reached out other sister Jill their Cleveland Heights location and were able to get it in right away. They handled everything from dealing with our insurance company to keeping us informed as to the status of the repairs. When we picked up the car, we were blown away as the car never looked as if there was damage to it, not to mention that it had been fully detailed and looked like it just came off the showroom floor. I would like to thank Jill and her staff for what was a truly pleasurable experience under a normally stressful situation. I would highly recommend LJI Collision as they do great work and are truly a family run business that cares about their customers.”
