Heights Hardware is a small store with a highly expert and knowledgeable staff. The employees are the most helpful, providing excellent customer service with close personal attention. They are very nice, wonderfully nice, and passionate about their jobs. Customers consistently receive quick service, often finding items in under two minutes and getting in and out in a jiffy. The store has 90% of the items most homeowners need, saving them time and money. The service is far superior to the big box stores, as the experienced staff actually knows what they are talking about and will walk customers through projects with advice.
