“Excellent customer service both over the phone and in store. Was missing parts for my ergo chair and the nice gentleman on the phone helped me out with seeing if they had the parts in stock (they did) and came on down and the wonderfully nice lady helped me out with the parts and doubled check to make sure it was the correct pieces. Struck a nice conversation as she seemed very knowledgeable and passionate about her job. I got my parts and was out in a jiffy. 10/10 I will be returning for more hardware needs.”
