Ace Hardware on Coventry consistently saved me time and money finding the household repair items I needed. The staff is highly expert and provides close personal attention to the needs of every customer, every day. It's a small store but has 90% of the items most homeowners need coupled with a knowledgeable staff who'll help you find it in under 2 minutes. Far superior service than what the big box stores offer.

Excellent customer service both over the phone and in store. Was missing parts for my ergo chair and the nice gentleman on the phone helped me out with seeing if they had the parts in stock (they did) and came on down and the wonderfully nice lady helped me out with the parts and doubled check to make sure it was the correct pieces. Struck a nice conversation as she seemed very knowledgeable and passionate about her job. I got my parts and was out in a jiffy. 10/10 I will be returning for more hardware needs.

First and last time I'll ever give this place my business! I was trying to look for a very thin wrench. I'd tried some other wrenches from other places, but they were all too thick to fit the crevice I needed. Well, I mentioned this predicament to the sales associate who quickly showed me a wrench, WITHOUT mentioning that this store does not accept returns! Lo and behold, the wrench I purchased was still too thick to fit, and now I'm swindled some hard earned cash because the employee, knowing that I was trying different tools, neglected to mention a store policy. Shame on you. You should make the no returns policy much clearer before purchase.

Absolutely great service. The employees actually have experience and know what they're talking about. Try to find anyone to help you at Home Depot or Lowe's, much less someone who knows anything.

I messaged the store, and they actually replied and answered all my questions. When I got there, I was taken care of quickly. I was literally in and out. Service was quick, and the guys were very nice.

Anyone in there is the most helpful person you’ll ever meet. Had a small paint project and they walked me through every step and provided me with the necessary tools plus advice. Shop local!

Heights Hardware is wonderful for the help you get there the moment you walk in the door. It's been busy every time I've gone for materials or keys, but when I needed assistance I got it. I pick here over the box store up the street because of the people and the fact most things I need for daily repairs it projects are here.

I get Benjamin Moore paint here. Costs more than other brands but coats quicker and looks better. Go here next time you’re painting and support a small business. Leave that “sorta it” color mixing at the Home Depot paint counter alone.
