“I'm only giving this place 5 stars due to the male manager because he fixed my problem for me I sadly didn't catch his name but the women staff member there with blonde hair gave me terrible service I brought a vape in the 10$ discount area like I tend to do when I'm on a budget but this time I chose a different brand and it's was terrible the flavor sucked n already tasted old which the worker proceeds to tell me she cannot refund unless it's a technical problem which is understandable flavor wise but it also was also a air flow problem which I brought up to her where she continues to blow off the air flow problem and says if it's a flavor thing she can't help.. The vape was terrible and at that point I felt like I was arguing with a brick wall and left out but came back the next day because they air flow problem was so terrible! But going back the next day I met one of the managers that was working he was a male I think with a beard hes pretty chill you'll know him when you meet him - but he was able to fix my problem he was so nice about it and made me want to actually come back and I was able to exchange my vape for a better one!! Loved that guy!”

“I was visiting OH in June from NY and I saw this shop. I just had to pull over and check it out. I would have loved to lounge but they were moving around furniture. I got a great recommendation for a dupe of a Cuban I had on vacation. I believe a guy named Max (hope that was his name) helped me out w the basics of a cigar. He even cut it for me. Very cool and kind!”

“This place apparently started after I left Cleveland and because of COVOD 19. A nice collection of stick and ample seating, There is even an outdoor space in the back. Too bad no-one takes care of it, the outdoor space. It wouldn't take much at all to ready it for outdoor enjoyment.”

“I I have been buying from Smoke World for maybe a year or so. The owner and his family are just tremendous people. They run a top shelf business, they cater and I mean they cater to their regular customers. I can count on going there and then having the things that I buy in stock. He makes sure of it. He tells me what day they will be in and like clockwork. The product is on the shelf when I get there. I don’t write too many reviews, but I write this one with great pleasure. I am thankful for he and his family, and all the hard work they put into their business clearly shows!”

“Great little place in Wickliffe. They have a great variety of wine and beer. The employees have always been friendly to me and especially my son. They have a decent cigar selection as well. Anytime I need a cigar this is my go to place. The owner is very knowledgeable about cigars and very friendly too.”

“So I went in this smoke shop to grab a box of black & milds. While I waited on my pizza from a couple of doors down. The milds came up to $9.75 so at first I was about to give the lady the money, then I said wait is that the correct price. So another lady came over and suggested the 99¢ single milds. Im assuming she thought that that's what I originally wanted. I told her I wanted the box instead so she said ok then scanned the item it it came up to about $7 and some change and she stated the the price had went up,which I knew already. Although the price was better then $9.75. When I go buy them at other corner store/gas stations it's no more then $6.50 for a box. I went on and purchased the milds because I want to support the black owned business in my neighborhood. When I finally got home to smoke the milds that purchase they were stael. I was definitely upset and didn't even bother to take them back. Then I began to think about it,as of why they would be stael and it's possible because of the price which is why maybe no one purchase them from there. My overall experience of the service was excellent the women were very nice and kind to me that's why I gave it four stars. I would definitely go back to purchase vapes or bongs but not black &milds.. lol”

There is a beautiful supply place across the street and a lounge next door so it can be headache to park on a Saturday in the afternoon but awesome place to shop”

“Love this place blue slushie chris brown vapes are defective bought 3 all 3 are broke. Foreal check them one by one in there. I dont complain unless its real they say I'm the only person that has problems with the vapes but if anybody else does like this comment so they can see im not the only one. I've been super honest with them haven't lied about nothing ever. Didn't even try to take these ones back just taking the L will spend 3 to 5 minutes on each vape I buy in there and make sure they charge and everything before I leave from now on. It's hard to test because I buy for my mom too so we dont know whats what till we get home and says after especially if we get the good ones first. They've always refunded me but acted weird the last time and said I was the only one with problems to check in store I was like whatever took them home and 2 were automatically broken and my mom tried the other one 2 days later that one was broken too down to our grape razs hopefully they work will update after I open those ones. Using a old blueberry watermelon right now wanted to wait until last second now that I dont have any backup vapes.”

This was my second time coming into Twisted Minds. Both times I stopped by I just happened to be in the area at the time. Each time the customer service has been positive and awesome. Today, Tony and Sebastian helped me locate a CBD pen. They both provided me with helpful information as well their own experiences so that I could make an educated purchase. I really appreciated that as I knew what I wanted but not the type of product I needed. They were nice and the interaction was great.
The store is easy to find and is a good size so you're bound to find out you need here. It's my new favorite shop.
