I came into the Amplify store today with my caretaker. I am 13 months post radiation and was looking for some form of smoke pen to alleviate pain from a stroke I had. I still experience some tingling in my hand on my non dominate side, but thankfully I’ve gained most feeling back. We were being assisted by a female worker with pretty heart designed nails. Due to my health history my caretaker and I wanted to explain what we were looking for and why. She immediately responded in a very mean/nasty manner, “I don’t know what you’re talking about, I’ve never heard of that”. I asked again, but this time tried to use different words to help get my idea across. She responded the same. I then turned around to take a look for myself and found the item. So it’s a variety of them and they’re in a case so I’m looking and I ask if I could grab one and look. I let her know that I spotted what I was describing and she sharply responded, “ that’s NOT what they are called, that’s a one hitter”I said oh ok. She then jerked open the case and stood it up very sternly and smirked like huh that’s how it’s open just grab it. Oh I didn’t know it looked more complicated than that. I Picked out 2 “one hitters” and proceeded to check out. At the register I noticed the vape pens I used and I asked for the price, I’m from a different county and this is a flavor I’ve never seen. She told me the price I asked what form of payment they take and she told me. I tried asked for the special flavor and was saying which side…third one from right she went to reach and I said no not that one she responded smartly that’s what you said. I said you didn’t let me finish I tried to finish telling her which one again and she grabbed another one with an attitude STILL and I said no she mumbled something and my caretaker asked “ what’s the problem”. I’m like I don’t know but she is being very rude. She said something smart again and I just turned to walk out and said that’s enough she tripping let’s go. I turned towards the door do leave. Due to my disability I don’t drive and came to this location due to their variety. I turned back to the register to apologize. She said “oh no you right leave”. I still wanted to make the purchase and she refused to service me. I walked out and left. I’ve never seen such rude, uneducated and unprofessional staff. I will never patronize again. I see this is a chain store and it’s actually another down the street from me, I’m new to the area and didn’t know at the time. But due to her down right nasty attitude I won’t go to any of them. I do not appreciate the way I was treated and had my cash refused. Thanks for showing the type of customer service this store allows. I’ll take it to another store without a problem.

I took an Uber there to get loose tobacco due to their website photos but they don't sell it. The place is small but quaint and the lady who helped me was very nice.

Bought a vape and it fell apart, they failed to help in any way. They offered 20% off my next one, first time here and awful experience. Never had a vape fall apart.

I was pretty unhappy with the service and prices. The guy in there was very unhelpful and not very polite. He didn't even say thanks for the purchase or bye. You can buy cheaper vapes at gas stations. Paid $28 for a disposable vape.

They have the most unusual, eccentric and beyond extremely kind and helpful employees there. I've only been there 3 times but I have had an excellent experience simply on the conversations all with 2 different employees. The place is always clean and things are organized and Ill also say that for the most part they have pretty fair prices on most of their inventory. The one thing I WILL give a negative to and is frustrating is that both employees I encountered barely knew ANYTHING about the products I had inquired about. Saying things like "oh idk" or "hmmm I'm unsure" doesn't set well with me. If they weren't 2 of the nicest most interesting young men I've met in a LONG time I would have taken my business elsewhere.TAKE THE TIME TO TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES PROPERLY TO MAKE SURE THEY CAN ANSWER ALL QUESTIONS AND EVERYONE IS ON THE SAME PAGE. IF THIS HAPPENS AGAIN WHEN I WILL NOT CARE ABOUT THE AWSOMENESS OF ANY EMPLOYEE... I WILL SIMPLY WALK OUT AND NEVER RETURN. IF I DONT KNOW WHAT A CERTAIN PRODUCT IS FOR OR HOW IT WORKS OR I WANT TO KNOW WHY DO THESE 10 THINGS ALL LOOK IDENTICAL AND HAVE ALL THE PIECES BUT I PICK ONE THAT HAS SIMPLY A DIFFERENT PICTURE, NO K CLIP AND NO TIP CONNECTED DIRECTLY LIKE THOSE 10 OVER THERE AND IM BEING TOLD I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FOR THE CLIP AMD TIP....Ummmmm no... Idts and I didn't. That's why I only gave 4 stars.
