I came for windshield wipers I knew the sizes of. First set of wipers didn't have the adapters to fit the arms. The cashier told me I had the wrong size wipers and argued that point until I dropped it, then sold me another set of wipers without the adapters when I came back in to return the incorrectly sized wiper from the second transaction.
It took three more staff members and 35 minutes to acknowledge and correct the problem I kept repeating: these wipers are missing the adapter for my car.
Update: per the owner response, I reached out to customer service last week. They did not respond.
February update: last month I contacted Auto Zone through their website about this review. A regional manager eventually called me and offered me a $50 gift card for the experience I had at the store. I've gone in twice to pick it up, but the person I'm supposed to speak with wasn't available either time.

Went to 3 different autozones asking for a 2021 Volkswagen windshield wiper replacement. All 3 had the proper windshield wipers in stock but didn’t want to do the work to figure out the adapter connecting the windshield wiper. Went down the street to advance auto parts who laughed and worked with me to easily put on the correct windshield wipers.

Walked into the store to get a fitting for an oil pressure censor. (1/8 inch to 1/4) to be exact. Got told “I’m just a cashier , ask a grey shirt” asked a grey shirt and he was just as clueless. Go to Napa on Lorain and yeah your paying more but your paying for the knowledge and not imbeciles that work there. In and out at Napa the dude knew exactly what was talking about without “year make and model”

I asked the guy with dread locks to help because my ac not cooling he looked at me like I was slow. Then took me to the freon the most expensive one didn't talk or explain anything and wasn't very helpful I usually get great service but I left was very uncomfortable.

Only reason I gave two stars is because the red shirt did way more than the manager staring at his phone telling me a ball joint needle isn’t something they carry. The red shirt found the needle but he was ready to let me walk and seems like the roles should be switched

Very poor Customer service..had paperwork.and refused exchange?? Because they couldn't find info on computer..girl was kind...boy kept repeating..same thing 5 times told me come back...NEVER..Poor Customer Service...
