The rooms were being remodeled. The people who bought it are fixing it up for improvements. They were accommodating, we only stayed a night as we were leaving from Cleveland Airport to go to Vegas. They used to get you keep your car there for free and offer shuttle service to airport, it was included in your night stay. Now it's $10 per night if you leave your car there. They didn't mention that in write up in Expedia, which bummed me out, but it is still cheaper than airport parking. All in all, it wasn't bad.

Linens had stains on them. Hotel shuttle was not properly marked. Interior could use an update.
Rooms: Rooms are okay, but cleanliness left a lot to be desired.

If you go to this location, I wouldn't advise the breakfast unless you like cereal, or yogurt. The "pre-made pre-made literally taste like rubber, and the meats were warm.
The staff charges a deposit fee, and it seems you have to call them to get it back.

Decent. The front desk staff was friendly. A few things wrong with the room: outlet in the bathroom didn't work. It could use a lounge chair in addition to the desk chair. The housekeeping staff didn't provide toilet paper and facial tissue, we had to keep asking for that. Windows were frosted, we could not see outside even though we were on the 3rd floor. The room was neat but not very clean. TV channels were the worst. They need better service or a sheet with the channels. I couldn't watch the NFL games. I brought my Roku but there was not a native TV remote so I couldn't change the source.
Rooms: Could use some deep cleaning. Housekeeping was subpar
Food and drinks: The hot breakfast was pretty good

The hotel rooms need a slight upgrade, but the beds were comfortable. When i took my puppy for a walk, the neighborhood seemed quiet yet creepy(mostly bc of some of the halloween stuff hanging on trees). The breakfast had a wide variety. The only thing I would complain about is the little boy thay worked at the desk. He didn't seem friendly at all. He asked me if i had "papers" for my puppy, and I told him yes and to look at my reservation. When we were in the process of checking out, my sister went to the desk to return the key. He asked her if she wanted a receipt, but when she said yes, he replied that he couldn't give her one. I am really big on customer service. If the front desk person was a little nicer, then i would definitely give 4-5 stars.

This hotel was perfect for late arrival and free shuttle to and from the airport. The front desk agent and the shuttle driver were very caring. I am sorry I did not catch your names to think you personally.

The customer service and shuttle were great. The price was accurate for the quality of room ($98 after tax). The room smelled and the bed was very uncomfortable. We could hear babies crying and people talking in the hallways all night. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Gross. Don’t stay here. Food, mold, blood on the floors/pillows/shower/furniture. Not worth it, try the Hilton instead.
Rooms: See above. Very unclean. Would give 0 if I could.

We called a direct line to reserve a room after a tornado hit and our lights were out for a few days. We booked the room (they didn’t tell us the hotel had no electricity. ) turns out we were booking through a 3rd party and they would not return our money. I ended up getting a voucher for a stay which the amount was less than we spent also it was unwanted. I’d never stay at this hotel…ever
