On Dec 29,2025 A man, whom I do not know living in another state, set up an ACH reoccurring debit for nearly 850.00 to be withdrawn on the first of each month, and this company accepted it! I had to shut down my entire account to stop from being charged! I do not own a vehicle and in all the years I did NEVER got a ticket...

Stay away. They dont care about you, or u getting ur car back. Shop said trucks been done for 2 days and waiting on insurance to pay them but no one is answering. I've had multiple insurance companies in my time of driving n this is by far the worst claims process ive ever had to deal with.

Overpriced and bad customer service, had this insurance for a year and will never consider coming back! Zero incidents or reports and my rates went up, then they were gonna raise it again for NO reason! They refused to tell me why or how and didn’t help at all. So glad I got a new company
