I arrived and explained my problem to Mike, he immediately told me what I needed to do and ordered my parts, the next day I installed them and still had problems, went back in and received more info and went ho.e and applied the info. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and continued customer service. Mike was amazing in helping direct me in updating my stereo reciever. Helped me decide on what I wanted, and helped me every step of the way to hook it to my TV and get a subwoofer also hooked up.
