I just made my order, well we did have a small hiccup with the order at first which was really on my end because I got a new phone number and didn't call to tell them, I emailed to tell them, which apparently isn't the best way of communication. Which I completely understand considering with my own business I do text only, no phone calls because it's easier for me. So I get it. Aaron's fixed the order within minutes, I was surprised! They were so kind, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. The manager was amazing, he really helped me with information and answered all my questions thoroughly. We even had a nice chat about my own business while waiting for the documents to go through online.
I am quite impressed with this business. I truly hope it stays that way. As long as I do what I'm supposed to do and take care of what I'm supposed to do, I don't see a reason for any issues.

“The manager Tommy is soo awesome! He made a very long drawn out process as simple as possible and was patient with me, the phone and customer service when my new iPhone wouldn't properly port my phone number from another carrier.
As we waited off and on for about an hour, Tommy was extremely personable. We talked about Apple vs Android debate and the different live action animes that we like.
Again, I didn't leave the store until all of my issues were resolved and questions were answered! Great customer serivce, FIVE STARS!”

“Mike and his crew are absolutely amazing!!!!! I went to him having no real clue on what I wanted or needed. All I knew is that whatever I get I wanted, I wanted to sound good. Mike came out to the house and looked to see what my room layout looked like.
