Store supposed to be open till 9p it's 8:05p and they got the doors locked and gate down. Trash

I pulled into Church Square Plaza looking at Family Dollar lights on. Get close to the store and they let the shutters down while ppl at the door. Just insane. But online it says they're open til 9p. Smh something has or needs to be done.
