“Be careful near the aisles with low metal hanging racks - I got scratched on the leg trying to scoot past a ton of unstocked merchandise clogging the aisle. They seem understaffed but cashier was a nice guy with patience and a sense of humor to keep the long line moving. It's aight, typical DT.”

The staff here deserve instant sainthood. Seriously — if there’s a heaven fast-pass, these folks are first in line. They deal with nonstop chaos, restock faster than a TikTok trend, and somehow keep smiling through it all.
Every holiday shows up here two months early (Halloween in August? Yup.) and still manages to sell out. It’s my go-to for balloons, cards, wrapping paper, and random gifts that make me look like I have Bezos money on a thrift-store budget.
Massive parking lot, endless seasonal deals, and that chaotic charm we all secretly love. If retail purgatory exists, this team turned it into paradise. ??”

“Literally the best Dollar Tree you will find. They always have everything I need stocked and the employees couldn’t be nicer. Seriously the sweetest ladies I’ve ever met. I don’t know their names but I know they worked the closing shift on 8/12/2026 (they deserve raises). My card was declining and they were literally closed (worse nightmare for me) and they were so patient and kind to me. Being 8 months pregnant, this means a lot to me. Many of these stores have the rudest people alive working for them. I couldn’t be more grateful to have this store so close to home. Will never go to another one over this one. I also appreciate that they close down at 10 PM (when they are supposed to close). The other close Dollar Tree in Ridge Park Square starts locking their doors and kicking people out at 930 PM saying they “close in 5 minutes”.”

“Great customer service. I was in town for a meeting (8/14 around 9am) and stopped at this location looking for some quick earrings. Because I totally forgot mine. It was a women on duty who was so kind. She literally went above and beyond even offering her earrings she had on. This was such a heart warming experience. Even her stopping what she was doing to show me what they had available in store because it looked as if she was the only one working. I did not catch her name but I wish many blessings on her...”
“One of the best experiences yet at this location.. employees have become like family. I was short on grabbing my kiddos some snacks and without hesitation the women of family dollar stepped up and paid without asking me. They had no idea of my financial struggles and how much tht not only touched me but helped.❤️ forever my Family Dollar.”
“Some family Dollars are very disorganized and some are organized. Some of the prices are competitive on some of them are good. I enjoy family Dollar. Especially since Dollar tree isn't Dollar tree anymore! And sometimes Dollar tree has name brand stuff but family Dollar usually has it.”
“I absolutely love this Family Dollar! The Store Manager that took over has completely turned the store around. It use to be so cluttered and messy, that I didn't want to shop there anymore. I'm so glad I gave it another chance! I won't go in to shop at night though because the night manager is absolutely foul-mouthed and rude to the customers and her cashiers. I'm surprised that she still has a job! Other than that, the rest of the staff is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!”

“Usually run in for a quick item or 2. Most the employees are nice and helpful. This location rarely have inventory boxes in the aisles. Most times shelves are well stocked. A sketchy customer or someone loitering is around often. Overall I’ll continue to support this store when necessary.”

“I shop at this Family Dollar regularly. Todays visit was the second time this week. The first time this week that I visited they had no candles (I buy several plain white candles each time I visit) but it was refilled by my visit today. They usually have what I am looking for. Sometimes the workers speak when I enter the store, sometimes they don't. It's clean and organized. What more can I ask for?”
