I haven't even arrived, and my experience isn't so great so far. My plane lands after Hertz closes, I'm just trying to confirm that they will leave me a car with keys in it and instructions on how to get to it. The site doesn't cover this situation in FAQ, and all calls go to their voice mail - which is full! There is no customer support number for this location or for Hertz central - just more web forms to fill out with 3-5 business days response time.

I am a repeat business customer and every single car the I rent from this location is So dirty it looks like it's never been cleaned, trash in the vehicles, windows so dirty I can't see out of them at night and most of the cars have some sort of mechanical issue with them and it's never a smooth ride. Either the car needs an oil change or it's randomly shaking but it's almost always super loud. Extremely disappointed

Très mauvaise expérience avec cette agence de location qui m'a proposé une Chevrolet Malibu au tarif de 144 dollars par jour ( 4 jours) alors que sur le site internet cela se situe aux alentours de 76 dollars. Étant arrivé après 19h de voyage je n'étais pas assez frais pour vérifier le prix de la concurrence. Je voulais me rendre le plus tôt possible à l'hôtel. Dorénavant je choisirai une autre agence de location.

I would Hertz Gold Plus here. The counter was not helpful at all. The attendant at the Gold Plus counter was fantastic.

* Tried downsizing me to compact that had damage all over it.* Name on the board but said (see agent.) He never could figure that out.* couldn't speak English well or at all so guess Hertz is now hiring illegals.* had to change cars twlce so in and out 3 times* Added the insurance when I specifically said not too. Said that was just a hold the amout that i would get back. Not!* The agent could say please give me a good review and said that over and overl!!Hertz isn't the same and will be moving on sadly.Customer service was the worst and Twice they said basically sorry about your luck.I predict Hertz will be out of business in the next couple years. I will start trying your competitorsGOODBUY HERTZ

Literally everytime I use this site there is only ONE person working the desk. Which makes the waits incredibly long. Recently I waited 50 mins to be assisted. The customer service is horrible. Then we paid filled the tank up to full less than 60 secs from the airport and were still charged for fuel. Additionally we had to pay for tolls after we purchased the toll all inclusive service at the desk. All around Zero experience. Would not recommend.

Vehicle maintenance alerts blinking on screen, so apparently not serviced. Charged for gallon of gas when vehicle returned with full tank.

Hi, I was visiting Cleveland airport and I received a courtesy ride from Duane. Just wanna let you know that he has great customer service. The car was clean. He is a safe driver.

got a rental on february 2nd 2024 with the fuel tank at 7/8 bars on fuel meter thats was checked by their staff before i was released from the parking lot and i chose the option to refuel the tank before i brought the vehicle back. so i refueled the tank to completely full which was more than the amount of fuel i recieved the car with. They waited until February 29th to charged me 23$ for fuel. Of course they wait that long when people no longer have the receipt for proof to try to get you for extra charge. bad business and 2nd bad experience that i have had with hertz ..definitely will take my business elsewhere for rental service(update) they charged me for fuel on my card statement then try to send me an email saying its now a toll fee in the amount of 2.39$ and 22$ for an inocnvencience fee..never did i drive thru a toll that cost 2.39$ and i paid all the tolls with cash. these people will make up any B.s to try and charge you for something.I WILL NEVER bring my business to this place again

DO NOT RENT FROM HERTZpicked up my rental at this location and was told by the lady she would get me the best rate available. Should have looked at the receipt before I left. $300 rental turned into a $1,300 rental and they don't have anyone live available to speak to about this. Will never rent from Hertz again. Especially since the Fort Wayne location, where I dropped it off, told me they would take care of the extra charges and that was over a week ago. DO NOT RENT FROM HERTZ

Worst car rental location. Employees are unprofessional or untrained not sure which. Very rude. Seemed like I was an inconvenience to them for renting a car ALSO THEY DONT GO BY RESERVATION PRICE THEY MAKE UP THEIR OWN RATE WHEN PICKING UP THE VEHICLE.

this is the worst hertz location. Been renting cars with hertz for years and this location is the worst. They change your price at pick up even though you had a booking reservation for lower price. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION.

Hertz car rental experience was marred by disappointing customer service. The absence of a reachable phone line, constant voicemail redirection, and a perpetually full voicemail box made communication frustrating. The understaffed situation led to extensive wait times and prolonged queues, resulting in a less-than-ideal rental experience. Improved staffing and enhanced customer service measures are imperative for a more positive encounter.

snow predicted so I reserved a SUVHertz then gave me a POS Chevy Malibu--> since when is that a SUV?***the trunk would not open***loudest car I have ever driven --> before you comment, yes it had muffler (I think....)DO NOT USE HERTZ
