This location has been the best I’ve rented from . The environment was clean , professional and the staff is friendly . I was greeted by the manager Blair who was prompt and polite. Thanks Hertz for providing a smooth experience. 5 star !

Never have cars available, even after paying for the rental. They don’t care about your insurance provider, they would secretly add insurance to your credit card. I had to call the customer service to get reimbursed. Would rather go with Enterprise down the street.

Don't use!! They lie and say they have a car when they don't. You only find out the truth when you arrive at your scheduled time and they say there's nothing they can do.

They sneak on charges. My rental was for a 63 yr old man and he was charged $25 for being under 25 even though licence clearly states 63.told my refund will take 5-7 days, not acceptable.
They can take your money immediately but takes days to return what bs. The Hertz this happened at is the one downtown near Tower City

Disappointed in my experience at this location. They opened the office 10mins after the opening time and only opened it because a worker there called someone to let them know there was line outside. Had to wait an hour after my original booking to actually get my car. I was the first person there and the first to check in

I missed several appointments in the day because they first had me wait a while (while staff was clearly in the back room), then they didn't have a car for me and had to drive me to another location. The staff was friendly but drove way over the speed limit.

Do not rent from this location. Completely unprofessional, i had a reservation for over three weeks when I arrived.They had no car. The group was from italy and did not speak english.They were not even willing to try and make a phone call to the downtown location to see if a vehicle would be available. Simply said uber to the airport. If you knew you weren'tgonna have a vehicle available, you should have contacted us early so that we could have made arrangements. They threw their hands up and did nothing absolutely unacceptable, never rent from these people ever. They should lose their franchise. I'll be reaching out to the corporate number to complain about this location.The management and all staff.

the Worst and its a more than a trend now. My vehicle choice was an SUV. They had one car in the lot, a subcompact. Third time, same city Very Loyal customer, getting totally ripped off

The vehicle was not completely vacuumed, there was a moldy container of food under the passenger seat & the windshield wiper fluid was empty.

A small and apparently understaffed location. The afternoon before pickup, they called to say the car I reserved online months before was not available and I would have to go to one of three locations 20 min or so away to get a vehicle. I explained that was unacceptable because I reserved a car that could seat five adults from this location because it was a two-block walk from our hotel. It was only when I asked how they were going to solve this problem that they upgraded me to another vehicle that could hold five adults with no additional charge. In my view, that is an option they should have provided upfront, before suggesting that I go to another location far out of my way.

I would give zero stars if I could. I had a very disappointing experience a couple of months ago with this Hertz location. I reserved a gas-powered car for a long-distance trip but was only offered an EV with limited range and a lower-than-promised charge level. Despite assurances on the car range, the car died mid-trip, leaving me stranded in freezing temperatures for hours. Roadside assistance didn’t help due to my location, and I had to pay out of pocket for a tow. My travel was severely disrupted, and I incurred hotel and charging costs. When I reached out, the staff at this location were dismissive and unhelpful. I tried multiple times to resolve the issue by calling customer service, but communication has been inconsistent and frustrating. I only received a partial refund and still haven’t been reimbursed for out-of-pocket expenses. I would not recommend Hertz in general and particularly this location — poor service, rude staff, and a lack of accountability.
