Absolutely do not rent from this location. You will sit in the sweltering lobby waiting at least an hour for one person in front of you to get a car. I could have walked to my destination faster.

Went in with low expectation after reading the reviews. Got the car at 6 pm with my reservation at 5:30 (went in at 5:05). Only one staff but very kind and fast. The biggest problem was there was no car left and the car had to be returned so then I can pick it up.
