H&R Block has knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough staff. The preparers are fast and affiant. Some clients have returned for years because of their agent. The staff is very manageable and understanding, and they genuinely care about client satisfaction and the refund amount. On one occasion, when an office could not prepare a return, they found another location to complete the thorough service.
