I tried getting my taxes done the day before on 4-15. I procrastinated, my fault, but when i went in, nobody was there to help me. I went in on the 16th & Junita hepled me. She was great, & I was given $95 off, which I really appreciated. I will be back next year, but I'll come in in March, lol. Thanks. 4 stars-
