Innova Living is a modern, amenity-rich residential community in Cleveland's Greater University Circle. It is directly adjacent to the Cleveland Clinic's main campus and close to Case Western Reserve University, University Hospitals, the VA, and cultural institutions. The building is very safe, with two sets of locked doors for access and a 24/7 front desk concierge, making it feel extra secure. The location is beautifully situated a block from the Clinic and within walking distance of campuses and public transit, including nearby bus stops. Residents consistently praise the fantastic, friendly, and welcoming staff and management, describing them as understanding, flexible, professional, punctual, and hospitable. The relations manager and concierge staff are highlighted for always looking out for residents and being quick to help. The community is very clean and super quiet, with maintenance handled immediately. Amenities include a great fitness room with a variety of machines, a recreation room, and an outdoor patio that are never crowded. The cleaning staff does a great job. Management hosts many free events, like a Friday social hour with wine and food, to help residents get acquainted. They also provide holiday meals. The all-inclusive community is recommended for both temporary and permanent rental, with residents noting the excellent location, security, and competent management as invaluable.
My husband and I were in Cleveland for a transplant. While he was in the hospital I stayed there alone. Albert, the Relations Manager, and the concierge staff always looked out for me. When my husband joined me, they were always quick to help us to and from the car. I highly recommend this facility.

I do not live there nor have I ever visited but I did witness 2 of their maintenance men helping handicapped persons into vehicles and snowblower a walk way at The Residence Inn next door. Most of the people are Cleveland Clinic patients. Their kindness was so sweet.
