I needed to cash a check drawn on another bank and fifth third was the only bank in the area that would do it (and other tellers in the area responded to my questions rudely and made me feel stupid). If i do decide to open an account in the area I know where i'm headed.”

“The machines usually function properly.My only gripe is .I feel that PNC could do a better job of sanitation of the machines.Birds come through and soil the screen and you have to touch the screen or go to a machine that appears to be cleaner”

I walked into this location on a busy Saturday and told them what I needed to do, the bankers were so KIND walked me through all the steps and sat with me for a moment , all offered their sympathies, and it was not fake....
