“I am so sorry because I did not get the lovely woman’s name who helped me at drop off and pick up but thank god for her!!! I bought a dress for my rehearsal dinner and somewhere on the drive from Maryland to Ohio it got a mystery stain. I didn’t notice this until Tuesday and my dinner was FRIDAY. Rapid cleaners had my dress cleaned, and absolutely perfect by noon on friday, just in time to get ready for my wedding weekend. I can’t thank them enough.”

“I was a 50-year customer of the original Master Cleaners in Berea-- and knew its late owner and founder-- and when Cavalier bought the company I was concerned as to whether the quality of service would be maintained. Our first experience with them-- getting a linen sportcoat cleaned and pressed and a large bedspread cleaned-- was absolutely great. I think that the founder would be pleased at the continuation of a Berea tradition!”
“I've used them several times and oregano the quality of cleaning has been exemplary, the cost was very reasonable, the customer service was great. I finally found a company that still believes that customer service is what it's all about. This is my cleaners, I activate thought this was a lost art as we have become an era of throw aways and everything is expendable.”
“They are miracle workers! I fell down my front steps with a tray of rigatoni in my hands. The sauce (which had cream in it) got all over my wool blend jacket. This happened on Saturday evening. Monday at lunch I dropped it off with very little hope. The clerk assured me they'd get it out. I picked it up on Thursday and the first thing she told me was that it all came out. “I have been going to Bil-Mar Cleaners for a few years and they always do an excellent job and are so nice. Their prices are great and they have gotten suits done for me very quickly when I needed them. I also had my wedding dress preserved by them which turned out amazing and it came back in a beautiful box with a window that I could see my dress through. The pricing was competitive and cheaper than davids bridal. I’ve had them repair buttons on coats as well and would use them for alterations any day. If you’re looking for your new cleaner, this is the place to go!”

“I don't have much of a need to make use of a laundromat, and the few times I have were in places with uninteresting rows of machines that look like they've rolled off the truck and designed to never see a employee. Perfectly functional and nothing more.
I'm out of town for an extended time and ran out of my clothes expecting more of the same. But this place is oddly reassuringly for being far past it's golden days with walls and surfaces covered in decorative nicknacks, informal office chairs and a recliner if you want to be closer to your clothes, carts and machines showing their age but still powering through years of use and abuse with only a few out of service. Operated by a nice, talkive old guy and quiet lady with reasonable prices on the machines and soaps.
It was a nice atmosphere to sit down a while and finish some busy work, and I'd visit again if I needed if I were in Cleveland again and recommend it if someone happened to be there.”

“I had an issue with my three washers, not working properly and just taking my Quarters, so I called the number and the gentleman fixed it right away for me! This Laundry mat is clean and spacious, and the washers are very clean as well. Highly recommend.”

“Staff very kind and helpful. I had runners ( rugs ) They instructed and helped me with which machine to use and what settings and how to load them in the washer. I forgot my detergent they helped with that too. I noticed that a lot of seniors use their service .
Automatic doors would of been helpful. Highly recommend.”
