“I Love Franklin Plaza skilled nursing and rehab facility, the director and all the staff there are professional kind knowledgeable and compassionate people, they truly care for your family and loved ones. I have a brother there that's been there about 5 years and every time I ask if he wants to come home he says no, he is really comfortable there and they take really good care of him as well as all their patients. He has made Franklin Plaza his home. I also have a sister there who's been there for 2 years she is paralyzed on one side of her body and nonverbal and thanks to the love and care she received at Franklin Plaza she will be coming home in the next 2-3 weeks I also have another brother who will be admitted to Franklin Plaza within the next few days... My family and I love the services and care we receive at Franklin Plaza, it has become our family place for nursing home and rehab care. In the future should I need nursing home care or rehabilitation, Franklin Plaza is the place that I would want to be.... from the Director to housekeeping and maintenance, All have shown us nothing but love, care and compassion everyday as well as all the patients there...( I am very observant) God Bless Franklin Plaza, all of its staff and their family members. Excellent customer service and she seemed really down to earth. Made me want to work with her for real.”
“I can't believe this place has a rating so low. I have been going here for 5 years now and had them become my primary. No waiting, walk right in. They are more knowledgeable than any Family or Internal Med Doctor I met. They cover everything. If it is a major specialty they give a referral for appointment. If you need an X-ray or a scan, they will tell you where to go and they will get the results back to their office. I follow here for all my meds now. Save a lot of time. Blood work can be done in office and monitored how often it needs to. They accept most insurance but cash visits are very reasonable. The other 2 offices I visited, same experiences.”
