“I Love Franklin Plaza skilled nursing and rehab facility, the director and all the staff there are professional kind knowledgeable and compassionate people, they truly care for your family and loved ones. I have a brother there that's been there about 5 years and every time I ask if he wants to come home he says no, he is really comfortable there and they take really good care of him as well as all their patients. He has made Franklin Plaza his home. I also have a sister there who's been there for 2 years she is paralyzed on one side of her body and nonverbal and thanks to the love and care she received at Franklin Plaza she will be coming home in the next 2-3 weeks I also have another brother who will be admitted to Franklin Plaza within the next few days... My family and I love the services and care we receive at Franklin Plaza, it has become our family place for nursing home and rehab care. In the future should I need nursing home care or rehabilitation, Franklin Plaza is the place that I would want to be.... from the Director to housekeeping and maintenance, All have shown us nothing but love, care and compassion everyday as well as all the patients there...( I am very observant) God Bless Franklin Plaza, all of its staff and their family members. “I Had to do a drug screen I didn’t have an appointment I was in and out within 15 minutes and the lab tech at the front desk was very friendly we had a great conversation”
“This was my third location to try and a blood screen completed. Other two locations didn't understand how to look up the order code. The nurses at this location helped quickly and were very nice. if I were to need any further screenings, would for sure come back to this location.”
“I had a requisition for blood work. Everything went easy and smooth. On top of that, Anthony is super patient and is an amazing phlebotomist. Definitely ask for him!!”
