“TLDR: Amazing service and quality clothes in a variety of styles and price points. Highly recommend. I have had several bespoke pieces made before and was looking to have another suit and shirt made for a special occasion. I looked around at several Cleveland stores and decided to go in on a Friday afternoon to see what Christophier had available. In between several other walk-in clients I was immediately accommodated. Maurice Jr. took almost an hour just to figure out what I was interested in. There are no flashy sales gimmicks here. He truly want's you to look the best you can in the style you want. We went through dozens of swatches to come up with my new clothes and they went to work making it. It took about 8 weeks and was reasonably priced for the intense amount of detail. At the first fitting it fit almost perfect off just the measurements. They had it tailored in the shoulders, waist, and pant cuffs (about 0.25-0.5 inches in each place) within 48 hours and I got called back in for my final fitting. The clothes, shoes, ties, and fragrances are all great here but Maurice's service sets them apart. Thank you to anyone that read this long review, but I'm a lifelong customer now and recommend anyone interested in high-quality clothes from a locally owned business to see Christophier Custom Clothiers.”

“I have visited Next every time I was in Cleveland. I always went to the location that was in the now closed Randall Park Mall. (R.I.P.) I was truly sad to find out that Next had closed as I was unaware that there were multiple locations. Thanks to Yelp I found out that there are Next stores all over Cleveland and I damn near hit them all this weekend. This location is in Beachwood Place on the second floor next to Nordstrom. It is a little cramped but what shines here is the shoes! As soon as you walk in there is a three tier table with nothing but shoes! On the left side is women's boots, heels, sandals and sneakers. On the right side is men's sneakers. The store is set up the same way. Women's clothing on the left and men's on the right. This weekend they have Nudie Jeans on sale for 30% for as low as $139 and Levi's for $35! They didn't have any Nudies in my size left. :(”

I was very impressed with her energy as she made my day! I can’t remember her name but I do know she hast to be a new employee there for I’ve never seen her before. She dresses well and seems to enjoy what she’s doing. Hopefully the store can keep it going with positive vibes and more importantly good service. The store was clean and it was easily accessible to finding what I needed. Kudos to the lady at the register! Keep up the good work! Hope it continues ?”

“Every time I shop here the I am greeted when I come in the door. All the employees are all super nice and friendly. The store is well organized and clean. I find great stuff at reasonable prices. The only problem that this store has is the rude customers. I was standing in line to purchase my items, there was some lady yelling at one of the workers over their return policy. They don't make the rules, for you to try and belittle someone to get your way is horrendous. I'm sure that this is not the only time that this has happened to the employees either. To the management and staff, I applaud you for having to deal with such an entitled customer base!!!!”

“UPDATE: They changed their mind apparently and I did not have to pay to ship the messed up shirt back and they sent me a gift card so I ordered another shirt. Now I am much happier with them. I still don't like the stretchy fabric but it's worth it for what you can do with them. Now i'm still waiting on a pair of pants that I ordered for my wife and it looks like they still haven't shipped it and it's been a long time. I'll update if that goes better or worse. ----------------------- I hate the shirt fabric, it's too stretchy and thin. One of them was sewed wrong and I have to pay for shipping the product back just so i can get it replaced and you know all they're going to do it throw away the shirt i'm paying to send to them. Meanwhile i've already sent photos so they know the issue.”
