“Hi my name is Steven the first time I've been down in this area went to the store today it's absolutely amazing they have socks there that go up to size 13 to 15 that are diabetic. And they are like $5 and I just tried these on right in the parking lot this is a nice store I'm telling you I would be back a Hidden Gem. They sell live indoor plants that are nicely warm and a little special section definitely worth my time effort and money”

“JMS Junk stops by this Marshalls from time to time while we’re out running junk removal and dumpster rental jobs, and it’s always a solid experience. The store is clean, well organized, and easy to get in and out of, which helps a lot when we’re on a tight schedule. It’s a convenient place to grab essentials and quick items for the day. We appreciate businesses like this that make it easy for local companies like JMS Junk to stay moving.”

“They are working on coming back. You can tell they have significantly reduced the number of items they carry in inventory, even in the holiday decor area, Big Lots used to carry so much more decor for Halloween and Christmas. They still carry staples like shampoo, conditioner and body wash at great prices and they carry a lot more clothing than the old Big Lots used to carry. I am hoping that the longer they are open the more their inventory will grow.”

“Been coming here for years for all my drinking needs! The other things in the store are hit and miss for price comparisons but the booze prices are normally very gud!”

““Budget Shopping Meets Saintly Patience” The staff here deserve instant sainthood. Seriously — if there’s a heaven fast-pass, these folks are first in line. They deal with nonstop chaos, restock faster than a TikTok trend, and somehow keep smiling through it all. Every holiday shows up here two months early (Halloween in August? Yup.) and still manages to sell out. It’s my go-to for balloons, cards, wrapping paper, and random gifts that make me look like I have Bezos money on a thrift-store budget. Massive parking lot, endless seasonal deals, and that chaotic charm we all secretly love. If retail purgatory exists, this team turned it into paradise. ??”

“This was my first time ever placing an order at a Walmart Bakery. I went online and saw a cupcake player I liked, customized the flavors of the cake and icing and added in text with a color I wanted. I placed my order at least two weeks ahead of time so plenty of time! Come pick up day I didn't know what to expect, but I loved that I could check my order progress through my Walmart account. To my surprise my order was done an hour ahead of the promised time! I was able to go in, pick up the order, and leave! The design ended up being a slightly different color than what was online, but still had the overall same effect, and I was satisfied! I also appreciate that they made transporting the cupcakes easy by "glueing" them down with extra icing- it helped with transporting to the celebration.”

“Some family Dollars are very disorganized and some are organized. Some of the prices are competitive on some of them are good. I enjoy family Dollar. Especially since Dollar tree isn't Dollar tree anymore! And sometimes Dollar tree has name brand stuff but family Dollar usually has it.”

“My first time at Sam's Club Optical for an eye exam and glasses was great!! Greeted right away, given eye testing even before seeing the optometrist!! My time in the Dr's office where the major eye exam was done, was relaxed, testing was thorough and all questions answered. After, the staff help me pick out my new glasses and they were ready in a week. Love my new glasses and happy to see clearly again!! Many thanks to the Dr. and staff at Sam's Optical Department!!”

“Todays visit Oct 18th, 2021 was very pleasing. I was friendly greeted by Cashiers/Service Clerks. Store was clean. Found everything I needed. No long lines and was pleased with all services.”
3407 Payne Ave, Cleveland OH 44114
“This location on Payne needs alot of outside work with trash. Its always the same every time. Now the inside is always cluttered with things being in the isle you can't always walk down. Big boxes you try to move it just a mess!!”

“My fiancées favorite place to go rnI believe it to be every females dream store because my 11 yr old daughter is the exact same way. Between going here and walmart but target employees are way more helpful than walmart and they are more energetic too. I even love going to target sometimes”
3506 Steelyard Dr Unit L, Cleveland OH 44109
“My experience with Ross has always been great. They are very respectful and they go out of their way to help you find what you’re looking for. What I don’t get is why people come in here and just be plain out rude and very disrespectful when an employee tries to apologize for a misunderstanding. I watch this go on today . Poor young lady felt embarrassed just by the way she spoke to me over something she has no control over . Some people are just plain out rude in this world. I hope her night got better”

“Just moved back to Cleveland Kool cheap place to shop ... Helpful people... Clean environment... Fastest checkout in the history of checking out ?? TRUE STORY ...”
10000 Brookpark Rd, Cleveland OH 44130
“I searched the Walmart app before going into the store and the item (inflatable couch), was exactly where the app said it was and the employees were very helpful and polite but that goes both ways. The only issue I have is they don't use tap to pay, so keep your cards handy but I believe they don't so customers will use the Wal-Mart app or Onepay (which is what I used) instead of Google wallet and it worked perfectly. I was frantic and frustrated for a sec. 😅”
3358 Steelyard Drive, Cleveland OH 44109
“Its convenient. There are many nice items. However, not as much variety as there used to be. I was looking for kitchen curtains and a Spring wreath; they had neither. Sometimes, the checkout line seems to be never-ending. If you have time to spend, there are some good bargains.”
3400 Steelyard Dr, Cleveland OH 44109
“Unfortunately their not open later then 11pm but I'll take it. Love shopping here I'll go grocery shopping and end up with a new outfit. How awesome is that, I just wish they would consider staying open until 12 instead of 11 maybe one day”

“I've been having mega problems with my Boost cellphone service. After giving them a couple (3?) months to get their s#@ together, I decided it was time to change. I didn't want to go to a cell phone store again because last time I walked into a cell phone store it was boost on Lorrain avenue and I feel I got suckered. I went there for help many times and the guy acted like he didn't care. So I walked into Walmart one day and I saw these cell phones for sale. The technician from OSL was very friendly. Dee what's her name. She explained everything to me and answered every question I had. She didn't pressure me into buying anything but she did show me the best value, how I can get more bang for my buck. They offer a couple of different carriers. Verizon and T-Mobile or the Walmart plan. Those are the only ones I talked about I don't know if they offer more plans. After going home and thinking about it for a few days, I bought a phone for my wife and myself. It was really easy to do and fast too! Faster than the cell phone store. The Dee lady is a real professional! I'm very happy with my cell phone. And I'm very happy with the service provided by Dee from OSL.”

“These people gotta understand when there a truck outside of a store or any business we are closed until all team member get all inventory items to store & not allowed to ring anyone while loading up truck. Store rules, business rules. It unfortunately we get entitled customers that make fake review ??♂️”

“When I was a kid I remember the Walmarts having greeters, handing out stickers to kids and the bags had smiley faces on them. They since ditched the smiley faces because when was the last time anyone left Walmart smiling? Had to be the last kid that got a sticker from there 30 some years ago.”
