The sales rep overcharged me for a Samsung A15. Anyone can buy the phone off.The phone online cost $179.00 plus tax. I was charged $250.00. After I arrive home and check my account, I noticed an additional $3 charge on my monthly bill for a calling service that I did not request. This also changed my due date on my bill, which I did not want. Behind the friendly face and concerned comment responses lies a dishonest business. Do better.

If you go here ask for Mary. I took my grandmother in to set her up on a new phone plan as her old one was ripping her off. She was very patient making sure to explain everything from what phone would suit her to what plan would meet her needs best. We were very happy with our experience and will be referring others to them.
