If you go here ask for Mary. I took my grandmother in to set her up on a new phone plan as her old one was ripping her off. She was very patient making sure to explain everything from what phone would suit her to what plan would meet her needs best. We were very happy with our experience and will be referring others to them.

This store needed improvement on customer service. That happened. However T mobile is supposed to close it as a cutback measure.I feel it's a mistake. It's not easy for everyone to get out of the neighborhood and just about the whole neighborhood uses this provider.
