He is one of the best MetroPCS stores that I've went to he went over and beyond to help me with my broken phone to help me get another phone if any stores that I've went to he is one of the best stores please go to the store it's up on Broadview and Pearl

Manny at Metro PCS, 4180 Pearl Rd, Cleveland, OH 44109, delivered truly exceptional service. His outstanding support showcases the profound impact a positive attitude can have on someone's life. After experiencing frustrating dropped calls and poor service from Boost, I decided to switch. I chose Metro PCS because I require reliable service due to life-threatening medical issues, necessitating constant communication with my husband and doctors. Regrettably, Boost's customer service team complicated the transition, wasting an hour and a half of my time unlocking my phone and disconnecting my service. Fortunately, Manny provided expert guidance throughout the process and even removed a virus from my phone. His kindness and expertise transformed a stressful situation into a seamless transition, and I'm deeply grateful for his assistance and dedication. Thank you, Manny, for demonstrating exceptional customer service and restoring my faith in the service industry. 😊

I would not recommend this store to anyone. Manny is a con artist and I believe there is something criminal going on there. You may leave that store happy but once you get home and try to hook-up your home internet system, that is where the regret starts. I do recommend Metro-PC, but NOT the one at 4180 Pearl Rd.

Manny the manager at this location was amazing he went above and beyond his job to help me. Metro PCs customer services made a huge mistake with a switching of a phone number and Manny helped me talk to them and straighten everything out it took us about 3 hours for the corrections. He display great customer service. I really wish Metro PCs would continue to employ people like Manny that really look out for the customers best interest.

Manny was absolutely amazing with helping me fix my problem. I went to the metro store on Pearl in parma first and Chris was absolutely horrible and lazy. Thank you Manny at the Pearl Rd store in Cleveland for going above and beyond

First off, the guy I spoke to sounded miserable. I just needed the names associated with the numbers switched, the guy said I would have to come down to the store to have it looked at and said I would be charged to do so. I called another store and the guy I talked to there said I would just have to call 611 and they would be able to do it for me over the phone. Why couldn't the first guy I talked to just say that? The first guy needs some serious customer service skills training or better yet, if he's so unhappy at his job then just get another job. No one wants to talk to someone that sounds miserable and is just to lazy to help with something that took 5 minutes to do.

Manny is a rockstar. He was able to address several waiting customers at a time.The calls I had to make to company, on the other hand were very inconclusive, After several hours and a number of password resets and verification codes failed, I was ready to take my business to another provider.I went into the store, and Manny had everything working perfectly within minutes !
