I came to this location here about a few weeks ago and the woman at the desk was just simply not paying any attention and was on hold and barely responding when I asked her questions. Today I waited 20 minutes and the store has yet to open and there has been a guy waiting for nearly an hour and still nothing. It's advertised as open on Sundays if no one is going to show up or be attentive why even have this location open I would give it 0 stars if I could

Scotty was superb. Lost my phone. He had me in and out in 10 minutes with a new Samsung. Went to other metros and couldn't help because I didn't know my pin.

Stay away from this store sales rep or manger or whatever his position is, he is very rude and unprofessional glad i left and went to Metro Pcs on lee rd across from lee Harvard Plaza, got treated way better and i was able to make my purchase if you want better customer service and better price goto Metro PCS on lee rd

I called the store to see if an A16 Samsung phone was available as my husband needs a new phone. Scotty said they have them when we get to the store the phone is marked at $229. Scotty wanted to sell them for $299 He claimed the $229 price was for new customers and that for us to get that price my husband would have to trade in his old phone. There were no signs stating that.
We decided to check it out online. Scotty claims he called his manager, and she said he could not sell the phone as they were not in the system. We had been there two times before and got different information. My husband did ask why after giving us bogus prices you call the manager who said you can’t sell them today. While we are there we hear Scotty volunteering to allow a customer to cash app him the money and he will pay the bill this is so unprofessional. After we left my husband called the store and asked Scotty for the managers name and the time she would be in tomorrow upon which Scotty said that’s none of your business. I’m not giving my managers information out to you. Totally unprofessional,

I called to switch and ask some questions the guy who answered the phone didn't want to answer any questions and just wanted to get me in the store it felt Like shady business before we even began hard pass. I asked what kind of things do u need to know before I come all the way there (because who wants to spend 2 hours in a phone store to find out this also is a Trash service)he says how bout this ill give u a different metro store number in a sarcastic
Tone. won't be doing business with them at all ,at&t here I come...horrible and rude customer Service . Second phone store on Shaker Heights blvd same attitude the car salseman type of phone sales no good
