Persian cats have always been a dream of mine and to think one would’ve been enough, who was I kidding.. when I first laid eyes on them, it was then I knew that I couldn’t get one without the other…. The process leading to bringing them home was very professional, I was able to go see them and at anytime, make payments (received receipts) until the time of pickup…. I received pictures and video footage of their growth and the breeder never once gave me any negative vides…. They welcomed me and my family during each visit and we always overstayed our stay admiring all the other Persians around the house… if your considering on getting a Persian kitten I highly recommend doing business with Dream Persian… your provided the paperwork, a gift bag with wonderful gifts and most importantly a beautiful healthy, stress relieving Persian kitten whom will grow to love everything about you… Thank you so much Dream Persian for definitely making my child/adult Dream come true… this has been a true Blessing and I’m enjoying every bit of being a Persian Cat Mom.. ????

We were able to register ahead of time, then on the morning of my doctor appointments, we took him for his evaluation and he stayed the day. When my appointments were done we picked up a very happy, exhausted ?, puppy and went back to the hotel. Next day, repeat! ?????

3504 Stanford Ave, ClevelandMy dog Osa did a board and train with Paige and we had an amazing experience! She’s been home for 3 weeks and she is still going strong! I was nervous because you read a lot online about how board and trains don’t work and it costs a lot of money but honestly it was WORTH EVERY PENNY and it’s a 180 degree difference in her.
They are super communicative and keep you updated 6/7 days a week (just except the day your trainer has off - and everybody needs a day off!) and send videos and photos of the progress. After a couple days all my anxiety was gone and I knew they were taking amazing care of her.
Now I know how to help her with her anxiety, keep her in place, she heels, waits politely at doors, and more. Truly life saving on our home.
I already have her booked for 3 structured boards this year so that while I’m on vacation I know her maintenance training will be kept up with.
We love Auntie Paige and The Turning Point!

Rapid Results Dog Training

After an extensive review of who I found to be the best dog trainers in Greater Cleveland for my new Labrador Retriever pup Riley (5 months old), I decided to partner with Ron Dorazio, owner and trainer of Rapid Results Dog Training for 5 training sessions.
I knew after the first few minutes, that Ron was an awesome human, a very knowledgeable and experienced dog trainer and is quite sociable. It’s one thing to be able to know how to train a dog, it’s quite another to able to translate it to a client who is not nearly as knowledgeable and Ron, fortunately for Riley and me, Ron can do both.
Ron has a quiet yet direct manner, is low-key yet firm, flexible and adaptable as needed and best of all, he is exceptionally calm – even when it was 90 degrees outside! Ron’s ability to interact with Riley was fun to watch, as he easily captured Riley’s attention in ways I never could. It was easy to watch Ron do the training but when he wanted me to take over and demo the command, it wasn’t nearly as easy as watching Ron, and since Ron was so patient and gave me tips throughout, allowing me to practice, made things stick.
Riley was a nightmare with leash pulling and I tried various techniques prescribed by what I thought were very knowledgeable dog trainers by watching their YouTube videos, to no avail and frustration for both of us. Ron solved this issue in 1 minute, literally 1 minute and he hasn’t pulled since. When Ron returned the next week, I told him I can walk him on a leash with one pinky finger and have full control over him, he just smiled. I was blown away. It’s interesting when I pass other dogs on the street, some are pulling like mad, and Riley just carries on, under full control.
It was truly incredible to see how quickly Riley caught onto the various obedience cues/commands.
Watching Ron implement recall both off-leash and on a long lead using an e-collar was amazing and he made it look simple. Even without the e-collar on, Riley’s recall is fairly solid (which I find incredible, given he is only 6 months old and has had 5 training sessions) and he will get even better with repetition and consistency.
When Riley presented some challenges, Ron adapted his approach and was very aware of nuances and how to adapt techniques to get to the goal. Ron demonstrated alternative methods which worked and even more importantly, the “why” behind it.
I did a lot of reading about e-collars the past two weeks and Ron’s knowledge, approach, and training methods were completely spot on and made perfect sense. He even gave a couple of different approaches to deal with digging and how to deal and train with distractions.
Even on the most recent/last session, Ron was able to Riley to drop the ball, consistently, in just a few minutes, something I was not able to do at all. Labs live to retrieve balls, so this is huge. I know I have to practice and be consistent with Riley, but I am relieved for both of us, that a solid foundation and framework has been laid.
I am grateful and thankful to Ron for accomplishing so much in short order. Ron is exceptional in every regard, both dog training and otherwise.

Tremont Ave, ClevelandPet Zeppelin is an amazing full pet service; the owner Katie is extremely responsive and takes fantastic care of our dog; Lulu our dog, stayed overnight for more than 2 weeks with her and she kept us posted throughout our entire trip; the communication was seamless with updates of pictures and comments of how Lulu was doing. Lulu looked happy and was having fun on the different walks. I could tell she got some nice walks the entire time also which Lulu loves. As a perk, Lulu got to play with Mozart and Leo (Katie's dogs). We liked Pet Zeppelin so much that Katie walks her and watches her on an as needed basis. I highly recommend Pet Zeppelin, they are extremely professional and take care of our Lulu like she is their own.

We were frantic because he did not need medical boarding but did need insulin injections. It seemed that while the kennels we reached out to were comfortable giving oral medication they were not comfortable administering injectable medication. The kennels that did administer injectables were booked.K9 Cleveland came to the rescue, not only listening for 10 minutes on the phone to our little guy's care instructions but reading through pages of them. They also called me for clarification about administering his shots. Additionally they sent photos which reassured me about his well-being.We were able to enjoy the remainder of our vacay with the peace of mind knowing our dog was well cared for.When I picked him up he was in his own little area at the front desk freshly bathed, happy, fed and glad to see us. 3765 Ridge Rd, ClevelandLast Monday we had Bronco's Western BBQ cater our annual office party for around 40 people. It was fantastic! Working with Gary, we chose chicken, pulled pork, brisket, ribs, coleslaw, baked beans, mac n cheese, greens, scalloped potatoes, cornbread and also had slider buns and pickles to make sandwiches. Gary's wonderful staff arrived to set up our buffet table and make sure we were all set for the food delivery. They supplied silverware, napkins and sturdy plates as well as "to go" containers so our employees could take plates home. It was THE BEST food we've ever had catered to our office. Everything was fresh, hot and perfectly cooked. And the portions they delivered were huge! The employees are still raving about how great the food was and asking when we can have Broncos catering again. Thank you Gary and all of your wonderful staff members who worked so hard to make our party special and so delicious! Kind regards and we will be in touch! I'm very socially anxious, and this being my first time taking a pet to get cremated didn't help my already fragile emotional state. But everyone I spoke to, both on the phone, and Toni in person, were very kind and understanding. They helped me get through this process as quickly and as painlessly as possible, which I am very grateful for.
