“Great experience at this Uhaul facility. The facility is easily accessible from the road. I arived a bit before opening and the staff was ready to go at opening which helped tremendously with getting our day going. They were friendly and accommodating and the store is clean and organized. The trailer I needed was ready and waiting for a hassle free pickup. The toy hauler trailer worked out great and pulled well.”
“We had a horrible, scary experience when my daughter was driving the Uhaul van and it completely shut off. While she was driving. On the highway. She was able to safely get the Uhaul to a gas station. The roadside assistance showed up fast, but could not fix the problem so it needed to be towed. 1.5 hours later. Moving day was ruined.
Allison at Uhaul was very helpful, understanding, and was our ally during the whole awful experience. She was making phone calls, searching out solutions, and handling two concerned parents. If Allison wasn’t there, we would have had a much worse experience. She is a credit to the company and restored our faith in Uhaul. Things do go wrong sometimes, and she was everything we could have hoped for.
She set up a new van, gave us a credit, and extended our rental. All is good, we could continue with moving day after all.”
