The community offers a variety of living options, including studios, one, two, and three-bedroom suites, as well as penthouses, catering to a range of preferences. Residents appreciate the building’s impressive amenities, which include a heated indoor pool, a modern fitness center, and a convenience market, all situated within easy reach of several restaurants. The laundry rooms feature brand-new machines, and the first-floor mall area provides free Wi-Fi along with updated flooring and carpeting, enhancing comfort and convenience. The staff at Reserve Square is generally praised for their helpfulness and professionalism. The leasing team is described as polite, attentive, and willing to assist residents promptly. One staff member is especially recognized for her friendly and sincere approach, going beyond business to create a welcoming environment. The management team, particularly one dedicated manager, is highlighted for being professional, responsive to maintenance issues, and transparent about leasing and pricing details. Residents also note that security personnel do their best to ensure safety, with staff members making efforts to make residents feel comfortable. While residents are mostly satisfied with the community, some concerns have arisen regarding utility billing issues. One resident experienced unexplained increases in electricity bills despite minimal usage and reported a lack of clarity from the leasing office about the meters or billing process. Despite these issues, Reserve Square continues to strive for improvements and aims to serve its tenants well, making it a desirable place to live in downtown Cleveland.
On multiple occasions, when we have gone to the front desk to report concerns, we have been spoken to rudely and, at times, asked to leave without any attempt to understand or resolve the issue. This approach is not acceptable, particularly when residents are seeking assistance for urgent or maintenance-related matters.
