Infested with cockroaches and mice. Check the plastic things on the edge of the walls near the elevator on the seventh floor. Literally dead baby cockroaches mummified on the wall!

I wouldn’t wish to experience I have had with reserve square on my worst enemy. This is building is infested with roaches not only do their employees not care. Extremely disrespectful their manager does not keep her word with anything. The building has had to have my apartment exterminated four different times and still is infested with roaches. I have no furniture in here. I have not slept one day despite signing my lease on October 1. Today is now November 6th

Submitted my application sent in my deposit and application fees. Application fee is non refundable. Deposit is refundable as the company didn’t approve my apartment there was no communication or email on why it wasn’t approved. I had to call and follow up with the leasing agent Serenity. I checked online there was no documentation saying not approved. I called spoke with the leasing manager and then the accountant. The accountant said yes you will be receiving an refund. I started my process since march . It is now august and the office has stopped accepting my calls and emails. Just because they have to send my funds back to me. The company was calling me all the time now all of a sudden no response and calls ain’t been returned. The company is saying wrong call a different number and press 1 but all the numbers are the same. Send my refund ASAP you asked multiple times for the shipping address. This company is definitely a scam cause why you giving me a hard time for money your company owes me .

I have been living in Reserve Square for almost the last two years. The rooms are pretty decent, and the maintenance team responds very quickly. However, the only problem I have faced recently is with the electricity bill. For the past two months, my roommate and I have been using the same amount of electricity. We both work and come home at night, and we hardly use the gas stove or the AC, which we only run for about 5-6 hours as usual.
Despite this, our electricity bill has been increasing every month: from $55 to $60 to $70. This isn't just a minor issue; if this is the case, at least provide us with a bill or receipt showing how much electricity we are using. Transparency is important.
When I spoke to the leasing office, they said they didn’t know anything about the meters or which company we should contact to file a complaint. Instead, they just instructed us to keep paying the increasing bill or face late fees on top of everything else.

This must have been a busy weekend for the lady in the front desk. I came in to tour and she looked overwhelmed I told her I was in no rush and take her time. She finally got around to giving me a tour and despite the challenges in both cleaning and staff shortage Latifa was able to assist with making me feel comfortable about the building. I also had a chance to speak with Leon about the safety of the building as I saw security was escorting a woman to Hertz car rental. Leon and Latifa did an excellent job and I will return to apply.

The worst apartments in America, they look like a shelter. The apartments are very dirty and the services are bad. The staff are bad. I don't know why this place is not closed by the city because the place is full of the smell of drugs. I do not recommend it at all. I advise people not to live in this place, as it is unsafe. The apartments are full of bedbugs and mice, and the smell of hashish is very annoying. It is a loss of money and health. There are many other clean places like Statler, The Avenue, and Bigwood. I came for treatment and contracted other diseases because of the damned motel.

I am speaking on behalf of the corporate housing side of the apartment complex. Jocelyne Thome has been the most professional manager of operations here at reserve square. I have nothing but good things to say about her. I had very few maintenance problems (i.e. internet) but when I did she quickly responded and it was fixed that very same day. She is very helpful when it came to signing my leasing in the beginning and upfront about total pricing rather than having me jump through hoops to figure out. Besides her professional atmosphere that she accelerate in, she also goes out of her way to interact with her residents. For example, she would ask me about how my internship was going and how I liked Cleveland. She would also tell me about herself and her family so it was sincere to create a friendly bond other than the business side of things. To reiterate, Jocelyne has been the best person to interact with when it comes to housing. I wish all my landlords (both past and future) would take notes!

Awful service. Came for a tour that was scheduled and whoever the lady is at the first desk had the worst attitude. If you don’t like your job don’t work there. Didn’t even get to do the tour because there is no way we would have someone show us around with that kind of character.

Lived here for a little under 2 years. Huge cockroach issue; they come up through the drains, walls, and under doors despite pest control. Management doesn't care about any issues (example: my neighbor was putting so much food down the sink it came up through my kitchen sink, which did not help the constant roach issue, and I was told they couldn't do anything). Other issues included: black mold inside the vents, fire alarms multiple times a month and sometimes week, security not monitoring who comes inside the building, maintenance leaving my apartment door open while I wasn't home, my ceiling leaking (A LOT) and causing a small flood 10 feet into my living area and the emergency maintenance not being able to do anything (it was "fixed" by being painted over), no screens on the windows (they open wide enough to fit 2 adults through them), dogs that bite, a disgusting laundry room, domestic violence cases, etc. Very unfortunate experience, 1 star as the building is a huge health/safety red flag.

Don't go here, I repeat dont go here. This is the worst place in Cleveland, and maybe will come in first 10 of worst places in America. It's nasty, dirty and when you have a breakage, wait till the next leap year before you get any respite. I lives here, my apartment flooded, nothing was done except disconnect my air in the heat of summer. I had mold growing and got sick, but instead of some sympathy I got threatened, and when I left they took me to collections for breaking rent contract. I am yet to get my deposit, 2 years later. Don't go here, it is bad!!!!!!!
