“I went to Hibbett Sports to find some shoes for my 2 granddaughters and it was a great experience. The light skinned lady that assisted me today was very professional and persistent in her job. She also tried to find some shoes in my size. But unfortunately they didn't carry a size 13 or 14.And the cashier kushy. Was very nice and professional as well. I will return to the Hibbett Sports on e.116 th street again.”

“I left the store with “WOW†experience. Staff went above and beyond to help me!!! I came in to get an exchange for a different size. Size i needed was not available and staff called the store near to make sure the size i was looking for was available. They wrote down directions on how to get to the other store and even walked me to my car to make sure i am safe. Talk about excellent people skills and enjoying working with people. I am definitely returning back when i need a new pair of shoes. God bless you guys!”

“They made spending my uniform allowance a breeze. First off it smelled good in there, not musty or moldy like most uniform stores. Finding my size was easy. There was an abundance of options. The one, and only, issue is that I had to go on my day off because my USPS schedule and their open hours made it impossible to go before or after work. All in all, great experience. Would recommend.”

“I have visited Next every time I was in Cleveland. I always went to the location that was in the now closed Randall Park Mall. (R.I.P.) I was truly sad to find out that Next had closed as I was unaware that there were multiple locations. Thanks to Yelp I found out that there are Next stores all over Cleveland and I damn near hit them all this weekend. This location is in Beachwood Place on the second floor next to Nordstrom. It is a little cramped but what shines here is the shoes! As soon as you walk in there is a three tier table with nothing but shoes! On the left side is women's boots, heels, sandals and sneakers. On the right side is men's sneakers. The store is set up the same way. Women's clothing on the left and men's on the right. This weekend they have Nudie Jeans on sale for 30% for as low as $139 and Levi's for $35! They didn't have any Nudies in my size left. :(”

“Great selection of shoes and good prices for name brand sneakers. You spend less here than you would at a bigger store and it's a great place to shop for people on a budget. The clothes are cheap as well and made of good quality. I still have the two pairs of sweatpants I brought from them three years ago. No signs of tearing and the stitching is holding up well. Staff are friendly and courteous and more than willing to help if you need assistance with anything. Will be back in the future for sure!”

“I'm definitely going to give them a five-star they don't really have a lot of styles for big people like me but I was able to get something for one of my nephews would be smaller so the prices weren't too bad definitely not a place that I would stop it personally because I don't buy over expensive clothes but you know the young people they like expensive clothes so I didn't mind shopping there for my nephew today the service was great even though they were understaffed so they still get a five-star for me cuz I'm not a hater”

“Went there Saturday and bought shoes which turns out there to small from my kid. I called today and asked the girl if she could check if they had shoe in the next size up she said I'm the only one working could i call back at 6pm so i decided to just drive down since website said open till 8pm!! I get there at 6:05 pm and its closed!! And i drove there from the other side of town!”

“DTLR in Tower City was a good experience for me. I was finding shoes for my granddaughters and the young lady who helped me was great assisting me with finding a good pair. The female cashier was professional. She greeted me as I entered the business and told me the lowdown on the shoe sizes. Two professional and helpful women I met in DTLR today. Great ?
