THIS COMPANY IS TOTAL GARBAGE!!! We have had 15/27 days with more than 2 hour long outages in our area in the past month alone. It’s is a constant battle to get a real agent on a chat, and calling them FORGET ABOUT IT. The second you send your response, you are immediately sent back a response. There is no way someone is typing a response in one second and sending it..
They REFUSE to give credits for service interruption (saying it will auto generate) even though it is violating their terms of service to provide reliable Internet. When it does auto generate it is less than $2!!!!!!!
For this many outages lasting this long every single month, the compensation is not adequate.
The FCC and Public Utilities Commission Agency need to be made aware and begin investigating.
My neighborhood (4 streets of customers + neighborhood meetings attendees, are ALL FILING COMPLAINTS AGINST THIS COMPANY)

Worst internet provider in the Tremont / Ohio City area . From day one it was nothing but issues . They even sent a second modem and it was crap . Do yourself a favor and go with T-Mobile 5G Home Internet . Best decision we made was dumping Spectrum's crappy service .

DO NOT EVER USE SPECTRUM MOBILE🗑️
1) All they want to do is to trick you into doing business with them, but there could be hidden fee in your contract that they NEVER disclose to you at the beginning. And when you want to file a compliant about the sales rep who got you sign this contract with them, it would be too late cuz they don't keep any recordings for over a year ago (which was where my bill went up).
2) Their customer support team is terrible. I've reached their customer support about my billings for like a million times, and sometimes I got different answers to my question. I have to say some of the representatives would try to listen and solve the issue for me in a professional way (that's why I'm leaving a 2 stars review but not a 1 star review), but the thing is, usually they'll have to submit a ticket and the next representatives could be very unprofessional (sometimes lazy and rude) and they would do the minimum (not even try to understand what the problem is) and they only acted like a machine, saying this is what they saw from the system and I need to pay whatever show up on my account balance (even though I tried to explain I never really used the service and I've been trying to cancel it for months).
3) System is bad and really confusing. I have been trying to cancel my account over the phone a couple months ago, but I was told by one rep that she could not do it there for some reason and I have to walk-in to cancel it. Then I did as I was informed and the guy working at the store told me I'm all set and I won't see anything on my credit card going forward. But guess what, a month later, they charged me again on my credit card and I called them again - they then told me that was by mistake and they would remove it and cancel it immediately... then guess what, I received another billing email a month later... like a nightmare never ends...

I'd like to start with the fact that I was severing my ties from overpriced, bad service.. I couldn't wait to find a product that was reasonable in price and offered me satisfaction in the product. Every time I paid my bill, I said to myself. I am tired of dealing with the only game in town. I tried another product, and the crazy part about that is, they have a central office, not a 1/2 a block away from me and their service, is terrible as well.. But they sure know how to charge you. I just wanted to turn in my equipment. The place was so crowded and people had been waiting for hours.
All I wanted to do was turn in my equipment, and shouldn't have a long wait for just that. Does anybody else find it weird? They never have enough employees to satisfy the customers. That is definitely a problem.
Overcrowded, not enough employees, it's not an excuse. I was being charged the premium price for lackluster product. Bad business. Goodbye spectrum

I waited an hour and a half after waiting for my equipment to arrive for 5 days and never came and this locations employees were Extremely rude, unhelpful, and very dismissive.

Trash 🗑️💫 don't even waste your time I wouldn't recommend Spectrum Services to ANYONE. Worst Internet TV provider by far. Such a shame I couldn't leave Negative -19 rating.. they don't hear the customers, nor value there loyaltyness and being straight forward with them gets you no where but a big kis right in between the 2 back pockets. What a Joke 🤦😑👀🤷
