When it is working, Spectrum internet and TV services are great and deliver as marketed. However, if something unusual goes wrong ... Wow. Spectrum Customer Service is enthusiastic but, frankly, close to incompetent. I've just moved address and have spent more than 2 hours on the phone & chat because they got EVERYTHING wrong: 1) got the confirmed dates for disconnecting the old and reconnecting the new equipment wrong. 2) failed to send new equipment to the new address, as promised. Lied about it, then checked and apologized for error. 3) started bills for new address too early AND double billed me for services at the old address. 4) 'forgot' they had not sent me new equipment and connected the old equipment at the new address and sent me incorrect and aggressive emails about returning my equipment. Wow

If I were rating Spectrum overall, I would give 3 stars. They sent me to the store to handle my account issues and equipment At the store, employee Logan informed me he could not do what I was told by Spectrum & that no one there could even call anyone at Spectrum to remedy it while I was there. Also, there was no manager in the store. These are both reasons for a lower rating.However, Logan went out of his way to help. Even though he wasn’t fully equipped by Spectrum to handle my needs, he continued to troubleshoot and not just brush off my issue simply because he couldn’t complete everything. He did what he could on his end, including manually entering data and leaving notes on the account to make it possible for me to finish up with Spectrum by phone. He was calm, courteous and thorough, which is the reason this rating is not even lower. If I were rating Logan individually, he would get 5 stars.

Horrible customer service and extremely ghetto. Save your attitude for people who aren't paying customers. These hoodrats will laugh at you in your face as if they are the ghetto patron saints of internet sevices. You can neck twerk and finger pop on your own time, not when dealing with customers. you are too old to not understand this. Laughing at customers on the way out the door then mumbling under your breath like a middle school child seems professional to you? What is wrong with you? If You're disappointed with how your life turned out over the last 50 years, take that up with your priest, not with the paying customers.

Peña was awesome !!! When I told you I was so confused and he made everything to me clear and broke everything down so I could understand. I love how he took care of me because he was patient , nice and efficient. He knows what he is doing ! More people like him he is awesome
