Unfortunately, this particular Staples location seems to be having difficulty retaining qualified employees in their technology department. I’ve had different issues with service related to a repair last year on my laptop and this year purchasing a new iPad.

This store is consistently out of stock of shipping items like bubble mailers waste of time trying to go here for that. Every customer service experience I've had here has been great so only positive feedback for the team.

Very much need more help. Have to wait to even check out because they have only 1 person to handle checkout, returns, recycling and Amazon returns.
