I have been trying to pay my storage for 2 weeks and I keep getting that I have wrong email I try to reset password and they will not confirm my email

The elevator broke down with my property on it a month ago it’s still broken and now as of today 4/29/23 my 65 inch tv is gone and no one will get to contact with me about the issue

Elevator has been down for days and owner dragging his feet fixing it he doesn't want to spend the money place has really went down hill last couple of years
