    Thrifty will ask you before you exit their premises if the tank is full.. It will appear so but the miles until empty will be 60 miles greater than when you picked up. Surprisingly simple for gullible people like me. Never again.

    The staff at the Cleveland Hopkins airport were competent, quick, and friendly. Shout out to the staff at returns for handling a lot of vehicles in an efficient manner and friendly faces early in the morning.

    Fast checkout. The car was clean and drove amazing. We got a Kia k4 that was brand new with 300 miles on it. Definitely will rent again from Thrifty.
