“What a refreshing and easy experience renting a car through Alamo. I’ve had a horrendous experience in the past renting a car through Budget at the Cleveland airport but this most recent experience couldn’t be any further from that. Tee was welcoming, kind, and friendly. He even helped carry the bags out to the car and load them. In the past, I’ve been given car seats, which seemed like an afterthought but with Alamo, the car seats came wrapped and clean. Tee even verified that my kiddos were the right size for the ones they had. That’s above and beyond. Way to go Alamo and Tee, you have a returning customer.”

“I cannot tell you how great Bruce was. He really went the extra mile. I was also very impressed with the auto; very clean inside and out. Not to mention, they tell you what they did with the car (if it needed any repairs) prior to putting it up for sale. I can't say enough great things about how I was treated by Bruce. It was not excessively dirty.Avis corporate was very helpful and refunded my cleaning fee.I will definitely go with Avis again just not this location.”
