“I've rented cars multiple times but Cleveland Hopkins and Enterprise made it perhaps my easiest experience. Hop on the rental car bus which to takes you to one location for all vendors, show your reservation and boom your car is there. The only snag was an attempt to upgrade me that didn't calculate equal to what was offered and no one could figure out why. Return was equally easy. Pull in, get out and by the time you walk to the shuttle, the receipt is in your inbox. Kudos!”

“I cannot tell you how great Bruce was. He really went the extra mile. I was also very impressed with the auto; very clean inside and out. Not to mention, they tell you what they did with the car (if it needed any repairs) prior to putting it up for sale. I can't say enough great things about how I was treated by Bruce. Very honest and upfront. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a used car and someone who will be honest with you (I know this is the place I'll be looking in the future). Not to mention, the car I got was a great price.”

“I got a car from another location and when I got I the highway the car started shaking, so I came to this location to exchange for another car. The new car I got is much better. The employees here don’t wear any cloth with company logo on, so a lot of consumers including me have no idea who work here or not. The employees at the parking lot is cool, the guy in the terminal counter seems kinda sad.”

“I was scheduled to pick up my car late Friday night, just before closing, but my flight was delayed and we could not make it to the rental facility in time. I stopped into Thrifty at 8:45am the next day, about 15 minutes before they opened. After just a short wait, an associate came out and started working with customers, about 10 minutes before Thrifty even opened. Picking up my rental was a breeze. The woman helping me was incredibly friendly and the pickup process itself was as simple as could be. The entire process took about 30 minutes (tops) from the time we arrived to the time we drove off the lot. I've rented from airport car rental facilities before and they have always been awful. However, this was completely the opposite. If I ever find myself in Cleveland again, I will definitely rent from this Thrifty location.”
