Returned my rental car on 9/4 before regular hours with a full tank of gas. Received my bill via email and was charged $130.98 extra stating that I was being charged for 12 gallons of gas at $11.21 per gallon. How is that even possible except for outright fraud? Would NOT recommend renting from this location. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Make sure you look at hidden fees. I was charged over $500 for a 3 day rental. I did not agree to damage waiver or premium roadside assistance. It took over an hour to get a hold of anyone and they refused to give me a refund.

Terrible Terrible customer service. I was told Ohio residents cannot rent cars in Ohio. Tamika shut me down and was very rude and didn't help me in any way. I will never trust Thrifty again.

Had a horrible experience with this company, in that they did not honor my reservation and still charged me for a non-existent car rental. Really needed a car in Atlanta to attend my childhood friend's wedding, which was reserved months in advance, only to arrive at the kiosk and be told "sold out." absolutely the most unprofessional company in the history of companies- will never try Thrifty again. even denied my refund. SCREW YOU THRIFTY!

They overcharged me a day and it took 45 minutes to correct their mistake. Plus their Estimate of Charges that I agreed to was WAY OVER THE AMOUNT when the final amount was charged. They said that taxes needed to be added but taxes are included on the estimate. Total BS! I will NEVER use thrifty again!

there is only one person at the counter serving both Thrifty and Dollar. I been waiting in line over an hour already. Takes at least 10-15minutes per person. I still have 4 people in front of me and 9 behind me!! Staffing is definitely an issue! Budget next door has 3 people working and moved line fast. I see same comments here, what are you guys doing about this? I booked rental car for business trip and i am telling my company not to book Thrifty. Horrible

I was scheduled to pick up my car late Friday night, just before closing, but my flight was delayed and we could not make it to the rental facility in time. I stopped into Thrifty at 8:45am the next day, about 15 minutes before they opened. After just a short wait, an associate came out and started working with customers, about 10 minutes before Thrifty even opened. Picking up my rental was a breeze. The woman helping me was incredibly friendly and the pickup process itself was as simple as could be. The entire process took about 30 minutes (tops) from the time we arrived to the time we drove off the lot. I've rented from airport car rental facilities before and they have always been awful. However, this was completely the opposite. If I ever find myself in Cleveland again, I will definitely rent from this Thrifty location.

I rented a thrifty rental car through Expedia and was quoted a price. I get to the thrifty counter after waiting over 2 hours for a car that was already booked and they said I owed an additional $56.84 which they would charge when I returned the car. When I returned the car, I was charged an additonal $250.00 for various amounts of fees that were not stated in my original booking of my car. Tried calling customer service and they will not help. With all the additional fees, terrible service, and hidden numbers, I would never use Thrifty again and it will be cheaper to rent from the mainstream rental car companies. Horrible experience

Our flight was delayed because of weather. We arrived at 7 on a Saturday. They apparently close at 5 and we had to go over to Hertz for help

I rented a thrifty rental car through Expedia and was quoted a price. I get to the thrifty counter and they said I owed an additional $56.84 which they would charge when I returned the car. When I returned the car I had that charge plus $60.00 in additional charges. We were unable to change our EV but this shouldn't cost $60.00 extra. I have tried to call numerous thrifty numbers for customer service and none of them work. All I want is an explanation of the changes. All of their numbers failed.

The whole Rental car building has basically no lines but thrifty and Dollar are sharing one clerk for what appears to be 15+ people. Been here 25 minutes and two customers have been served so it's likely to take hours to get everyone. If it wasn't a rental for work I'd cancel and go somewhere else. Insanely poor service here for Dollar and Thrifty both.

Thrifty and Dollar apparently share employees and today at 5:00pm, there is only one person at the counter serving both company’s rentals. Takes at least 10 minutes per person. There are still 5 of us in line. HORRIBLE!

The absolute worst service! Waited 1 1/2 hours for a car. The help behind the counter did nothing to help calm people down who were also waiting. I missed my appointment that I came into town for. These people don't care at all. It's a J.O.B. to them and that's all

Overall Thrifty has good prices, but the company as a whole needs to invest in appropriate/ better software to ensure reservations = cars.For management: I give the location 4 stars thanks to the man (African American) at the counter the evening we came in (beginning January) . I cannot recall his exact name but his initials are A. P. and he’s such a lovely human being who was doing the best with what he had. Please promote him!
