Management is responsive, welcoming, personable, and extremely responsive to maintenance issues. They maintain the building very well, promote a safe and comfortable living environment, and treat residents like it is their home. Maintenance is super nice and very responsive to requests. The property is pet-friendly. The location is within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, and groceries, including the Westside Market. It is near great food and fun things to do, with easy access to parks, an arcade, and rock climbing. Public transit is close by, and it is a short walk to stadiums. Some apartments offer views of the Terminal building changing colors and the skyline. Utilities are affordable. While there can be some Ohio City traffic noise, residents find it worth it to live in such a cute neighborhood. The diverse residents are very nice and helpful. The on-site restaurant is open, and community gatherings happen. It is an intimate place, created from an old building into a place you can call home. Many residents recommend it as the best place to live.
