U-Haul at Chester Ave offers a wide range of moving solutions, including truck rentals, trailers, cargo vans, pickup trucks, and self-storage. They also provide portable U-Box containers, Moving Help® providers, hitch installations, moving and shipping boxes, and propane. Customers have reported positive experiences, with the staff being knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The location is efficient, and customers are able to get in and out quickly. However, one customer had a negative experience when they needed to keep the truck for an extra day, and the employee was rude and told them to "dump" their furniture, which was upsetting. Overall, U-Haul at Chester Ave seems to provide a good service, with the exception of this isolated incident.
I think there was a service light on inside the cab, but the van ran smoothly and well! Everyone I spoke with was patient and kind, even when I needed extra help lol
This has been my go to location for all moves so far, never any complaints!
