Went here yesterday to send off a package it was so hor with no air to breath I'm actually still sick from it and it's the next day just wondering if I should go to er these people gone catch a lawsuit and the poor worker that's forced to work under those conditions smh sad USDS should be ashamed

Just drove almost an hour to this location because they are holding my mail, and I arrive within business hours and they are closed... for no reason! Apparently they do not have people to work, according to the person that answered the phone.

The door was locked, I had to go find an employee in the parking lot to ask. When the lady let me in she told me I was crazy. I went to verify my identity for an address change she didn't do it even tho I had my paperwork. I hot am email that said they couldn't verify my identity. This post office is sad ghetto workers. The ladies were talking about drinking water from 4 days ago that they didn't know who s it was. It's sad that this is who works there, meanwhile how do I verify so my mail cones to my new house.

I was having an issue with a package and called the Lorain USPS Station A. The manger, Diamond answered the phone and Inventively started to help me. Diamond went above and beyond to track my package down and found it in Westlake. She went on her personal time and picked up the package for me so it would not get lost in transaction again. She did not have to do this at all especially on her own time, but she did. The kindness and courtesy she showed me will always be a reminder that some people are really amazing and should be recognized! Thank you again!!

Stopped in the post office on 9/17/24, the postal clerks were very helpful, polite and professional. They were able to answer my questions and assist me with my mailers. thank you!

It is incredibly the worst service as this company can commit to sending personal things of importance and value, and lose them and only say I'm sorry we lost it, I made an international shipment with a price of $1,100 +275 shipping I actually paid them to USPS stole my package and money, the package never arrived nor did they return it to me. They are licensed thieves, never use the USPS service.

Terrible customer service worker got upset because I didn’t greet him with a “good morning “ I just addressed my issue that I had with my mail… he said my issue was my fault because I put so many address changed in the system …that’s why I’m not receiving mail ? then no longer wanted to speak to me and handed me off to his manager that took my information down and never called me back

I put bills in the mail box located at ridge road (Dave’s supermarket ) and the company never got the bills about one month ago I lost 140.00 of those bills ,,,

Even with a PO box I don't receive my pkgs or envelopes containing cards nope never get them this post office needs an internal investigation
