About United States Postal Service
The United States Postal Service (USPS) is the only organization in the country that regularly delivers to every residential and business address. With over 30,000 retail locations, USPS is committed to providing secure, reliable, and affordable delivery of mail and packages to more than 157 million addresses worldwide. The postal clerks are generally helpful, polite, and professional, going out of their way to assist customers. However, some customers have experienced issues with receiving their packages or envelopes, and the required procedures for certain items can seem overly officious. Overall, the USPS is a vital service that many customers appreciate for its convenience and the helpfulness of its staff.
