“Staff was professional, and the technicians expertise was obvious. Previous mechanic said it could not fix loose blinker that sometimes worked and sometimes didn’t and also dash lights. So I took it to the dealership and they also said they could not fix it because the car was too old. so I took it to Grout automotive and they fixed every single problem that the car had and for a good fair price! “We’ve used plenty of repair shops in the area. After buying our car used for a pretty penny from an auto dealership, we were pouring thousands into it per their warranty. Diagnostic alone was $150. This time we assumed we needed a new starter and decided to lose our warranty and took our vehicle to steeles. Not only did they get us in quickly on a Saturday, but found the problem even quicker. Didn’t try to upsell us or find a million other things wrong. They fixed what they could, did the research for us for the part they know we needed. And had us back on the road before noon, for a fraction of the cost. If that’s not service, idk what is. So thankful my neighbor recommended them. Will continue to do the same.”
“I had a tire leak/ flat from what looked like a screw or bolt sticking out. My husband over filled my tire slightly so I can get it to Tire Discounters before going to work nearby. I called them first and Dakota told me to bring it in and they will take care of it. I did just that and left my car there for several hours while I went to work. They took care of patching my tire and I feel safer now! Thank you Dakota and others who took care of my issue quickly!”
