“We’ve used plenty of repair shops in the area. After buying our car used for a pretty penny from an auto dealership, we were pouring thousands into it per their warranty. Diagnostic alone was $150. This time we assumed we needed a new starter and decided to lose our warranty and took our vehicle to steeles. Not only did they get us in quickly on a Saturday, but found the problem even quicker. Didn’t try to upsell us or find a million other things wrong. They fixed what they could, did the research for us for the part they know we needed. And had us back on the road before noon, for a fraction of the cost. If that’s not service, idk what is. So thankful my neighbor recommended them. Will continue to do the same.”

“I purchased a new used Jeep with 6k miles that the previous owner had a suspension lift installed on. Whoever installed it apparently had no idea what they were doing so I took it to Steele’s. They had to replace a couple of steering components, fine tuned the suspension and did the alignment. What a huge difference when driving my Jeep. Tony Daniel’s and the crew did a phenomenal job. I’m a very particular person and can’t say enough. I highly recommend them for any of your automotive needs.”
“I never give anything less than five stars really as long as the delivery experience is okay as far as unloading goes but I will say this backing into this place is tough. I chose to Blind Side back because sight side just was not feasible I will say this if they have pickup trucks parked on the dock have them move them because that's going to make everything a hell of a lot easier. The guy told me that he has had people refused to deliver here because it's so tough to get in but I wasn't about to go to that extreme”

“Not unlike everyone else your prices have gone up of late, however I still believe with the discount coupon I still got value for my dollars. I do wish that there was a paper copy of the complete vehicle inspection with my receipt but that is OK I understand why, and I would have liked a before and after report somewhere of my alignment. Guess I'm still tied to paper as upposed to verbal communication.”

Lisa with Harrison AAA has been amazing in her assistance. Without her, I will not be taking my car back in.
I had some overheating issues and had to bring my car in THREE times because it didn’t get fixed properly. The first time I picked it up, it overheated within ten minutes of picking it up, which means it wasn’t properly tested after pouring $1200 into a new cooling fan/system. Then it was another $500 for a thermostat, then less than a month later, I had to have it towed again to them -same issue.
THANK GOODNESS for Lisa because she was able to fully explain what was going on, help me with questions and concerns. She offered excellent customer service in an otherwise terrible situation.”

“The customer service representative was knowledgeable, helpful, outgoing, and friendly. I came in thinking I needed my tires balanced and ended up needing two new tires. The CSR went and got my tires from another store because they didn’t have any to fit my car at their shop. My car was fixed in efficient time so I could get back on the road. The price was steep but what can you do when you’re 3 hours from home and 3.5 hours from your destination? You gotta pay the cost. I was grateful they were available and willing to do the job because the first place I stopped told me I would have to leave my car and I couldn’t do that because I had other business to tend to the next day. I appreciate the car CSR so much, so thank you for your help and all you did for me.”
