“Took my daughter's Volkswagen Tiguan in to have the Intake Manifold replaced. I got estimates from 3 separate mechanics and thought the cost was high, I was advised to call Eleven Motorsports and ended up taking her car to them. I was never more pleased with the service we got. The owner was very pleasant, it only took about 4 hours to complete and the cost was literally 1/2 the cost of the lowest estimate I got from the other 3 mechanics. He also gave her a 2 year warranty. I'm more than pleased and highly recommend Eleven Motorsports 😃

“I was driving my mache GT I caught a flat. I drove it all the way up to tire discounters in Hebron. Jake and Chuck took care of me and I felt real comfortable and with today's world how crazy it is. They didn't mistreat me or anything other such. They did a damn good job and they even answer questions that I didn't even think to get answered. “We’ve used plenty of repair shops in the area. After buying our car used for a pretty penny from an auto dealership, we were pouring thousands into it per their warranty. Diagnostic alone was $150. This time we assumed we needed a new starter and decided to lose our warranty and took our vehicle to steeles. Not only did they get us in quickly on a Saturday, but found the problem even quicker. Didn’t try to upsell us or find a million other things wrong. They fixed what they could, did the research for us for the part they know we needed. And had us back on the road before noon, for a fraction of the cost. If that’s not service, idk what is. So thankful my neighbor recommended them. Will continue to do the same.”

“Me and my wife just moved here from another state and I was in dire need of a solid auto shop to take my car to.
My car had an engine leak and didn't feel safe to drive without making it worse so Brian took it in, assessed the problem, and left a message about 45 minutes minutes to let me know what rhe issue was. He got it solved and I was back on the road within a few hours. He even was kind enough to wait up a few minutes while I hustled through evening rush hour to get back to his shop before he closed. The turnaround was a a complete surprise

“Went there to get two used front tires and Gary the owner was nothing but extremely nice to us! We found out that the tires had the special locking lug nuts, which we had no idea they were on there, and after searching my mom's car, we found the key. The two guys worked quickly to change out the tires and then they even put new lug nuts on the 2 back tires so that we wouldn't have to worry about the key again! These guys are great and they were super friendly! Great pricing on used tires and I don't even think they charged me for the other lug nuts! Support small business whenever you can! I highly recommend West Side Tire to everyone!

“I purchased a new used Jeep with 6k miles that the previous owner had a suspension lift installed on. Whoever installed it apparently had no idea what they were doing so I took it to Steele’s. They had to replace a couple of steering components, fine tuned the suspension and did the alignment. What a huge difference when driving my Jeep. Tony Daniel’s and the crew did a phenomenal job. I’m a very particular person and can’t say enough. I highly recommend them for any of your automotive needs.”

“I never give anything less than five stars really as long as the delivery experience is okay as far as unloading goes but I will say this backing into this place is tough. I chose to Blind Side back because sight side just was not feasible I will say this if they have pickup trucks parked on the dock have them move them because that's going to make everything a hell of a lot easier. The guy told me that he has had people refused to deliver here because it's so tough to get in but I wasn't about to go to that extreme”

“At 5:00 p.m. on a Tuesday, I discovered a nail in my tire. I work about 13 miles away and recently started a new job, so I was really concerned about getting to work the next day. I rolled into Discount Tire around 6:30 p.m., knowing they closed at 7:00. The manager told me, “Sure, we’ll fix it before we leave today,” and they absolutely followed through. They even stayed a little late to make sure it was taken care of. I really appreciated them making the time for me and helping ease a stressful situation.”

“I’ve gotten two oil changes here now, the first time being after Firestone screwed me over by making an appointment for me and not honoring it. Monro was available For a same-day appointment. I was greeted by the same gentleman both times I got my oil changed once in July and once late December. Both times he was very knowledgeable and informative. They get the job done without any razzle dazzle. They include a courtesy inspection and free alignment in the oil change, Something that Firestone did not include or feel the need to tell me when I was due for a rotation. I will keep coming back As long as I continue to get good service. Would recommend to friends and family.”

Lisa with Harrison AAA has been amazing in her assistance. Without her, I will not be taking my car back in.
I had some overheating issues and had to bring my car in THREE times because it didn’t get fixed properly. The first time I picked it up, it overheated within ten minutes of picking it up, which means it wasn’t properly tested after pouring $1200 into a new cooling fan/system. Then it was another $500 for a thermostat, then less than a month later, I had to have it towed again to them -same issue.
THANK GOODNESS for Lisa because she was able to fully explain what was going on, help me with questions and concerns. She offered excellent customer service in an otherwise terrible situation.”
“I called Pep Boys early on a Saturday morning for a battery installation. The Manager was able to get me an appointment by 10:30, and I was back on the road by 11:30am. Very efficient. Excellent service.”
“Although the labor cost was extremely high to replace a radiator and hoses. Blake was very professional with keeping me updated on the progress of the repairs. He is definitely management material. He made a follow-up with me a couple of days later to assure everything was working properly. Thank you for the professionalism.
