“I had unfortunate situations where my priority mail did not arrive to it's destination in time which caused my son to miss his trip to Ireland. Brad from Wheeling WV location did above and beyond to keep me updated on my package. The service from the 1 800 number and Staffe at wheeling was excellent. Thank you for caring.”

“I was treated like a human being. I was respected, I received great service, and the whole experience was pleasant. I even learned some things. This post office could be great for school field trips. It gives a nice vibe like that.I have no complaints from any of my visits here.”

“Must have had a different delivery person today. Was expecting a package in the mail. Got a notification that deliver was attempted, could not be delivered, and that my package could be picked up at the post office. My regular delivery person ALWAYS leaves my packages by my back door without fail and she is extremely friendly about it. She is amazing. Whatever happened today angered me. Called the next morning and talked to Amy who explained the dilemma and assured me that the package would be on the truck today. Thank you, Amy.”
